I have recently purchased a phone through Metro the phone had a manufacturer default issue. so my phone was replaced as i was to cokme pick it up at the coorporate atore bc no other store i could go to could helo me thus far. when I came to get it, they took over an hour just to transfer my contacts to my phone. I believe the gentleman that was helping me was training at the time, bc he had another gentleman who after chatting with he other associates would come back to check on him every 5 to 10 minutes, in which the trainer would state, "umm, Im not done yet" or "umm, not quite sure"... remind you that I had a newborn infant with me and was explaining to them that I didnt want to be out any longer than need be, especially after 30 to 40 minutes had went by and I am asking what is taking so long, and they just keep telling me 5 more minutes... they still took their time talking and chatting and staying on their phones as I sat here in the store waiting for my contacts to simply be transferred which has never took more than 10 to 15 minutes. finally handing me my phone after an hour or so, I leave in a basically Rush due to plans that I had that were now getting close because of the time frame it took in the store... only to find out down the road, that my phone was not even registered to my account after all that time of sitting there!! it wasnt as simple as turning around because again I already had plans that were now getting close and I was almost late within 20 minutes of getting there and still needing to go home and finish getting ready. so now I was without a phone for an entire night because of this lack of a corporation store training and customer service, which I believe should be the most together of a store and formal with how they handle their customers, being a cooperate store. Now I have had to take my infant and 2 other children out an additional day to accomedate the ignorant behavior of this Ypsilanti store!! Another issue, I also unfortunately have a defaulted charger which I told them when I brought the defaulted manufacturer phone in as well. I was told that was not a problem and they would accommodate me with that when I came back. When i went the 2nd day with my children again to accommodate them not registering my phone, I explained that I also did not get my charger that I was told I would get and they told me "no, they would not replace my charger and give me a new one" even with that having the issue and me being told something different... So altogether the cooperate Ypsilanti store needs an upgrade of employment if of this is the standards they are setting... definitely not adequate service and not the first time they have turned me around.. this is just the last issue that broke the camels back and quite frankly Tired of the half ass service with this company.... Maybe its time to spend the extra money and upgrade to verizon??

Wont be visiting again. Every time I try to use this place I end up regretting it. They are rude and are not down with leaving you alone if you just want to look at their phones before deciding what youd like. But once you decide to purchase they thing they have you -- had an instance where the employee started helping someone else while I was trying to pay and started ignoring me. I am not talking about a short conversation, she started troubleshooting the womans phone. I walked out, wonder how long it took her to notice. Or when I tried paying my bill because I was having issues paying online with their website, they were very short, I am guessing the extra $2 they charge to pay in store isnt worth the time. Obviously they run the same scam as the non-corporate stores of trying to get you to pay a $15 activation charge. Ha, just buy online and metropcs will activate for free.

Would have given it 0 stars if I could. I am getting 5 pieces of mail a day from them addressed to a former resident. When I called to get my address off of their mailing list I was hung up on, then I called back and I was on the phone with them for 30 mins and still did not get my address taken off of the mailing list. Those people have no idea what they are doing. They insisted that I had to go in person to the corporate location to have it removed and they wouldnt give me a phone number that I could call for the corporate location. I asked for the supervisor multiple times and was never transferred to the supervisor. After they repeatedly told me that I could not have it removed I tried calling a third time and got a different representative who had no trouble removing my address from the mailing list. What a load of bullshit. I cant imagine actually being a customer for them.

Very generous and had a very wonderful experience there. They helped me get what i wanted. Didnt have much money on me at the time and they were very generous and understanding enough to give me a phone for free and only paid $37 for everything. Had a very pleasant conversation with one of the employees there about common interest we have and he was very patient with me. Never ever had an experience like that ever in any store that i go shopping at and went a few extra miles to put a very big smile on my face. Store has a very nice set up and i highly recommend this place over any other metropcs location. :) - Justin from Kroger

After a terrible experience with Tracfone I came into the MetroPCS store to see if I could switch my service over. Renato was super helpful, gave me my options, and made the whole process very easy. He did everything for me from switching my service to making sure my contacts, photos, etc. successfully transferred over to the new phone. Super easy and pretty fast. Everyone there seemed friendly. Great place!

The people in the store have terrible customer service. They are unwilling to assist with a problem. I had an issue where my phone wouldnt turn on they looked at and said it was a phone issue not their problem, gave me my broke phone back and said have a nice day. Even the female manager has a terrible attitude yelling and didnt care that I had mult lines and this was my second phone in 6 months.

Im grateful for Banyan and Ive a a great experience there. They keep us accountable, which is key in early sobriety and the people Ive gotten to know are becoming fast friends. I recommend Banyan to anyone looking for a safe, sober place to live!

When you go in, talk to Pablo. From a business stand point, he efficiently answered all my questions and helped me find the best solutions to my problems.
