Poor customer service. Manager and employees dont know their product. They were not knowledgeable enough to switch phones. They wasted 3 hours of my time in 2 different appointments. They did an overall horrible job. They did not meet the standards expected from an AT&T store. I will not recommend this store to anyone. They were very unprepared. They did not have good stock of equipment. They attempted to put on a screen protector and ruined it they had to order a new one and still arent sure when it will come. They were also very rushed when the store wasnt even busy.

Called the store and spoke with Nick. He was very polite and informative. I then went into the store and he helped me with everything I needed. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When I know of someone looking for quality customer service when it comes to wireless or home service, I’ll refer them to him! Overall a great friendly experience, helpful employees and quick response, excellent customer service. Yes it required a lot of my time, but when switching from one carrier to another its not a 5 minute deal. Thanks Dan and your fellow workers for a job well done

Waited 40 minutes. No help, Nothing, I got lots of "Be with you in a minute." Not sure what their definition of one minute means. But the very least they could be truthful, If its going to be a 45 minute plus wait then say it!! I
