I MYSELF AM A BUSINESS OWNER. SO I FIND THAT POSTING YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY IS VERY IMPORTANT. I HAVE USED T MOBILE,, AT&T OVER THE LAST TWENTY YEARS. AND THE FIRST TIME CONTRACT SOUNDS LIKE A DEAL. UNTIL YOU FIND OUT THAT YOU NEVER RECEIVE THAT UP GRADE YOU WERE PROMISED. OR THE WARRANTY THAT COVERS THE DAMAGED OR LOST PHONE. NOTHING EVER IS GIVEN TO YOU, WITH OUT REALIZING YOU JUST PURCHASED ANOTHER PHONE AND ADDED ANOTHER TWO YEAR AGREEMENT , BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. .DID I FAIL TO MENTION THAT YOUR PHONE BILL DOUBLES EVERY YEAR TO. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I PUT ALL THAT TO A LOSS AND FOUND THIS GREAT PLACE IN GAINESVILLE, CALLED " TRUST CELLULAR ". I WALKED IN THE DOOR AND WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE, WALKED THROUGH THE STORE AND FOUND THAT I NEVER HAD TO MAKE A TRIP TO BEST BUY AGAIN. BECAUSE EVERYTHING I COULD POSSIBLY NEED OR WANT, WAS OFFERED RIGHT THERE. AND AT A PRICE THAT WAS LESS THAN ANY OTHER PLACE AROUND. I LEFT THAT DAY WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE, FEELING LIKE I FINALLY WAS GETTING WHAT I PAID FOR. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT I TELL EVERY ONE I MEET THAT IF THEY WOULD CHANGE OVER TO CELLULAR TRUST AND NOT BE IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE, I WOULD PERSONALLY PAY THE PHONE BILL FOR THE MONTH. ALWAYS GO IN WITH A SMALL PROBLEM. OR LARGE.AND THE OWNER SAAD, HE WALKS ME THROUGH THE STEPS TO FIX MY PHONE . OR I LEAVE IT WITH HIM, AND WITH IN A DAY OR SO, IM BACK TO MY PHONE AND STILL DID NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE. I CANT RATE THIS BUSINESS WITH 5 STARS. , BECAUSE THEY DESERVE GOLD STARS........... Bought a phone here. Screen didnt rotate. Took it back wanting to swap out. He didnt get me another phone because of the price he gave me on it. Paid a little over 200 for the phone, so I keep the phone till he found one. Then something else went wrong with the charger. "Oh its a new issue I cant exchange it now" Go some where else!! DR GIZMO is way better inside lakeshore mall. He gave me such a great deal MY ASS. Should of went to Walmart and bought a brand new one for 75 dollars more which his asking price was 275 I think. I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE. Ill go to Dr Gizmo

I am a friend of the owner of this company and I must say this is a wonderful business. What makes it so great I think is that it is a small family owned business. The owner works with people to give them best deal on anything possible. I must say that I am very glad I met the owner and his father several years ago. This is a very down home family orientated business. They have anything and everything for any phone. A one stop shop place. They can unlock any phone and have many many choices in services and plans for everything. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This is my favorite electronic store I would never go anywhere else the employees here are very knowledgeable and very respectful I went in today to buy a pair of Bluetooth headsets and when we went to use them they were not charged and werent working correctly the manager did not hesitate to issue a refund but I offered in exchange for a different pair of headset. I got the other pair of Bluetooth headsets and also got a partial refund for the inconvenience. If you havent been here youre really messing up.

Im a metro pcs customer and I needed my phone unlocked. They got it done with in the quoted time and also saved me money on my phone bill. I didnt pay a dime they gave me credit for my old device. It is a very welcoming place, nice, clean. Very friendly and funny staff. Very patient. I drove 45 mins away and wouldnt mind driving for any other issue. 10 times better then any cellphone store Ive ever been to, felt like Ive known them for years. Highly suggested

My iPhone 5s stopped working out of nowhere. I went to the store and spoke with Saad Tahir. He told me this was a common issue and all I need to do was a disconnect and reconnect my battery connector and he got it done for me and my phone is working fine now I thought i needed to fix my screen. It only cost me $20 and 20 minutes of my time I highly suggest this location for anyone and everyone that can make it here.

This will be my stop for anything wireless related!! Saad made me feel like family from the time I entered the store. And Jocelyne was great help as well she answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service and really took the time to cater to my needs. Made my life easier, after driving around for hours looking for a low price screen repair & service activation. Trust cellular made life easier!!

I had my phone screen repaired there for 100$ and due to lack of a quality new screen and faulty installation it broke in the same day. Then I returned expecting some sort of refund or replacement and the owner expected me to pay another 100$ in the same day to replace it again when it was his fault for bad quality parts and faulty installation. I DO NOT recommend them at all for any type of repair.

I broke my screen and they fixed it in the same day. They where really nice and fast. They have a wonderful staff. Someone you can really connect too. They checked everything even though the only thing I needed fixed was my screen. He let me know if something went wrong what it could possibly be. It only took an hour but it would of been less if mine was first. Thank you guys so much!!!

My experience with Saad at Trust Cellular was " " OUT OF THIS .... NETWORK!".... lol. Seriously though he was well versed and extremely patient, his knowledge of the devices with his genuine customer service, was refreshing and frankly hard to find these days. Ill be happy to recommend him to all my friends, I just hope my experience will be consistent with Trust Cellars other locations.

I came in today to Trust Cellular to get 2 Iphone 6plus phones unlocked. Saad could only unlock one of the iphones and helped us call Crickets customer service so they could unlock the 2nd iphone. He was very professional and made sure Cricket would unlock it for FREE! They truely care for there customers. I have never had such a great experience, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Im not sure how I came up on trust cellular s page on google but I am so glad that I did. I had Saad repair my damaged iPhone for way cheaper that what I called around and got quoted for. He had me in and out within 30mins. Not only that but he and his staff are very polite, respectable people. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you again saad.
