Love this store. I live in Brighton and went to the Brighton metro store and got screwed over I had bought a brand new phone and two weeks later it stopped working I took it in to the store and the guy made me buy a new phone and said I couldnt have the other one back because it was on warranty and the ladies at the Howell store told me if it was on warranty they should of replaced it that day and that what I thought metro gives u a 90 day period after buying a new phone being it stopped working after 2 weeks they should of replaced it. Long story short I went to the Howell location and was treated with the upmost respect and I was buying my bf a new phone and they gave me a great deal and Im buying a phone here soon and they also said they would give me a great deal thru them if I get my new phone next month. Needless to say this store is awesome I love it it will most definitely be the only store I go to from now on.

I give this store 0 stars The male that answered the phone with a rude additute has 0 customer service and told me to call monday cause he didnt want to deal with it. Over 10$ that i had paid for a screan protecter (that they didnt have but were apparently selling anyway and were supposed to notify me about when recieved but never did) (therefore i only owe 10 more $ but i wanted store credit instead) the "recipt" is in the computer. But i guess his job was to hard Needles to say ill never do buisness with them again. Not to mention the girl said the protector is 20$ but its only 15$....

Went in there today to get a new phone & plan after being with another carrier for years wasnt sure what to expect but it was a great experience was in & out in about 15 min and i was thoroughly impressed with the customer service couldnt be more satisfied
