Looking at all these low stars made me want to add a review. First its not really fair to give a low rating to a long wait when they are busy. I use this store when ever things go buggy on my phone and i am helped right away if there isnt a wait. When i do have to wait, yes a time or to its been an hour but i always prepare my self for that becouse they are helping each customer and giving them the time they deserve. Do you want to go to a store with questions and needing help to feel as if they spent no time with you ?? NO! Be an adult wait your turn with patience and come in with the undetstanding that you might half to wait. My husband bought a tablet from them and first bill was funny . So yes i was not happy but i went in and they fixed the problem . They apologized and it was fine . Keep in mind im a busy mom . They have always walked me thew every purchase but i come in with questions and a goal of understanding that when i leave im confidence in what i just purchased. Never once have i felt as if they lied or just tryed to sell me stuff. Infact buy the time i leave all there help and true concern for my needs make me feel better about my wait . So i rate this store a 4 store becouse yes it could alway inprove but becouse they work hard to meet there customers needs

Went in because my phone wouldnt hold a charge . ended up buying another charging cable 30 bucks paid and left opened my pkg when we got to our next stop. The end of the cable that hooks into your phone was bent so we went right back. Walk in and the same guy came up to us i showed him he took it to the back where 2 other employees sat. The one employee had the balls to say it was us and was talking with his hands as he talked. Ive done retail for 10 yrs i can lip read and body language. Hes blamming me so i said i didnt bend it it was broke and he got rude said we dont sell bad stuff im like you need to learn customer service he stood there and fought me after i called him out.. I WILL not go.back to that store they need to learn manners first!!!!

Simply terrible service. After a grueling process of trying to get my phone repaired 3 weeks ago, I came to pick up my phone, which mind you they called to let me know it was ready, arrived and they have a sign on their door that indicates theyre closing an hour early... an hour early that they failed to tell me about on the phone and they failed to update on their google business profile. When I confronted them about their failures they said that there was nothing they could do.... how about you give me my phone??? Id suggest getting your phone repaired 3rd party unless you want to wait 3-4 weeks for your repair. Switch to sprint save money but not time and certainly not better coverage. Really disappointed.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased 2 E Tabs from here, they were on sale for $99.99 originally $199.99 Sprint charged me regular price, I called the store several times to speak with Marilyn ( she sold us the phones) I left 4 messages over a period of 1 week and explained the situation but for some reason each time the person answering the phone would not help me and they would just tell me they would have her call me. I know they could have helped but instead I will have until next week as she is out sick. UNBELIEVABLE ~!!!

Dont trust this stores reps/sales people. We were totally lied to about mult things in contract! 1st: amt of bill; $50 MORE than what was told. 2nd: Added tablets and was told could drop them at 1yr mark and cant! 3rd: Tablets were not to have phone numbers attached but they do! Now we are stuck paying more for cell phone bill than we do monthly for our car! Just totally avoid this place, a formal complaint has been made but who know how far that will go! Just look at the reviews! Dont be stupid and think it wont happen to you!!!

Ive had Sprint for about six years now. Everything was fine until I had a faulty phone. I had to wait in incredibly long lines, each personnel I dealt with repeated the same exact thing to me, they were unfriendly and uncooperative. It was a three month battle to get a new phone and that broke almost immediately. Ive been dealing with the broken phone because its less irritating than dealing with the employees. Come March, Im switching companies when my plan is up.

Every time I come here - it takes at a minimum of an hour - usually 2. They do have a process to sign you in and they do keep to the order, but the hold up is that there are always angry customers in front of you. I have been to the store 3 times and always have to wait because an irate customer is berating an employee, usually due to some misleading sprint policy - which is not the fault of the employee, but indicative of a larger systemic problem.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I came in to the store on Sunday afternoon approximately at 1:25pm. When I entered the store, I was asked by a super rude employee to wait for about 10 minutes. I sat down and waited as instructed. I waited for about 35 minutes, and nobody was coming around to give me assistance. I just gave up and walked out. Never coming to this location again.

i agree with all the negative feed back.... i think sprint as a company need to look at this store, as it is clearly damaging sprint reputation. the techs are very slow and ignorant, and unprofessional, i can see them joking around in a business place where there are a lot of customer whom need some assistance...i have never got my issue resolved ,and that is every time i go there.

Sprint website very confusing, but the local people sorted it out. All the staff (4) I spoke with were smart, helpful and very polite on the phone and on visits (2). I had a complex situation and they helped sort it out and took extra time and steps to make sure our phones worked and lines were set up correctly. I would recommend and return myself. Thank you.

An utter waste of three hours of my life, and the 20 bucks I spent traveling there. The staff at the counters are quite incompetent and content with chatting with one another, and the technical staff person is a grouchy guy who apparently has some issues with the rest of the staff. In the middle of their arguments, I just got a couple of hours older.

I walked into the store interested in signing up for a family plan. I waited for over an hour, chatting with a trainee, then when I finally recieved service from one of the workers, he walked away to ask a co-worker a question and didnt come back for 10 minutes. His name was Craig. Unfortunatly I ended up leaving because I was tried of waiting.
