Really unprofessional staff! Two employees were across quite a distance talking loudly about "sears stores" closing and saying theyd wish for the one in the mall close by to close. They were badmouthing the store that I do accounting and payroll for! This is not something I want to hear from employees at a store I go shopping for! My daughter was with me and started questioning if I were loosing my job! First of all have them search which stores will be closing! That store is not! Really disappointed. I used to come here all the time, but this changes things alot!

Horrible service. Its like the employees are doing you a favor by helping you. One older, white haired lady has NO IDEA what shes doing. Theres an older, bigger lady who is rude as can be. She practically spits when she talks to you. Ive heard them complain about people using coupons! Everything is so marked up, you have to use coupons! Update to say there is now a male that works here who is equally as rude!

Seriously I have been waiting half hr to pick up a paid for framed picture.Rang the bell twice and had an associate call someone,she said five minutes 20 ago. Short staffed or rude? Not a happy customer

Much smaller selection than the Joanns on Carpenter. The staff also dont seem to be as knowledgeable. Still, you can find great deals after the holiday season here.
