Rude employees bought a chainsaw thing ran fine for a hour then wouldnt start took back and before I could explain that I try for 20 min to get it to and all it would is start for a second and die i was told there nothing wrong with it and it was something I did and was treated like I was dumb. Then employee took it to back did something to it get started and said see nothing wrong with it. After that took i home still runs bad and have to pull like 6 times to get it to start. Last time I ever buy everything like that again if buy I anything from them at all

Tractor Supply in Howell, Michigan just lost a customer due to their poor sign placement. 4Health had a sign advertising $34.99 price. Unbeknownst to me there was a much smaller sign nowhere near the flavor I was getting (salmon and potato) with a different price. A $2.00 difference. They pretty much told me "oh well." The customer service SUCKED. Went to PetSmart and spent my money there instead.

The staff was incredibly helpful and even allowed my dad to use a wrench outside the store to switch balls on a hitch rather than making us buy the wrench.
