Very poor customer service. We have 5 phones on At&T service now and so far everyone I have encountered has been wonderful except the lady at this store. Been in there twice and the lady is sitting there with no customers playing on here phone. She is pleasant enough but her response to Id like to pay my bill - yea you cant do that here it needs to be done online...her response to can you assist me to load of this form for the switch plan....same thing sorry cant do that here you need to figure it out online. I will not step foot into this store again and will tell everyone I know about it. There are numerous other At&T store to chose from and I will go to them. Today 8/29 I went to another store and they were able to assist me without blinking an eye so my requests were not unreasonable or undoable as she wouldve liked me to believe

Chris is the best! My son and I went in to upgrade his iPhone. I got a free iPad and my sons iPhone 7 lol set up and ready to in les than 30 mins. He installed a screen protector for us and made everything so easy. 3 other customers came in during that time me he calmly, professionally and pleasantly took care of all of us seamlessly! AT&T youd better take good care of Chris or I will hire him!

I came in to purchase a new phone and switch my wifes acct. Amir was so helpful and patient. He even stayed 45 minutes after closing to ensure that both phones were up running. Excellent service Amir! Hamilton Mill AT&T is our choice of stores!
