I went into iCare because my hubby is an idiot and dropped his phone. The screen was cracked, but everything else worked fine. We didnt know, but the frame was bent. We went to the iCare by Taco Bell in Brighton. They replaced the screen and we opted to purchase a new glass stick on protector screen. After we got it home, my hubby realized the home button didnt work, he had difficulty turning the power on and the screen was separating from the phone. We went back to the store. They told us it would be under warranty. They realized the home button was broken (although it worked before we took it in). They could only replace it with a regular button (not the fingerprint version that we had). They decided that the reason the screen was lifting was because the battery was bloating, so we decided to buy a new battery. At this point we are about $200 into this repair. A few days later, the protective glass screen is peeling again, it split near the top and half of the screen of the phone stopped working and the home button fell off. Clearly the problem was that they never fixed the real problem, which was the bent frame. Instead of fixing the screens under the warranty, they told me that it was OUR fault and that my husband sat on it, which was absolutely not the case. They never fixed the original problem. Instead they got us to purchase more products that would inevitably fail because the real problem was never fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to Apple if your iPhone breaks. They will help get you to fix it properly and maybe even be able to replace it for you. Do NOT trust this company. They do not stand behind their quality and workmanship even if they tell you that they will warranty their work. I am beyond disappointed.

My iphone 6 broke and i went to Verizon to see if i could have the phone fixed or replaced. they told me my insurance deductible would be $200 and i would receive a refurbished phone in about a week! Obviously that sounds absolutely horrible so i asked if there was any other option and the sales associate told me about icare phone repair. I walked in and was greeted by some of the best customer service i have had in a very long time. i paid $135 and had my phone back in twenty minutes and it looked and worked like it was brand new. This place is awesome and went above and beyond for me. They mad me feel like they genuinely cared about my issue and solved it again thanks icare !!

They changed my screen for $150 and then it broke a few days later. I knew I didnt do anything to break it. Went back and they said it could have been my fault. So I took it to apple and they said my phone was bent. So I took it back to icare and said that it was bent. They agreed and said they could fix it for parts. That was another $80 and my phone is still not right. I know they are not magicians there but if the I phones bend. (Which I didnt know. I knew the 6 plus had problems. ). They should check that before making the repair the first time. Then I could have just bought a new phone for under 200. But Im sure they mean well.

HORRIBLE! I have been in there 3 times because the bottom of my screen wouldnt let me push any buttons. Paid alot of money for them to fix it. The second time i went in i had to go back that same day because it wasnt fixed. Waited the whole day just for them to tell me they were having trouble so i allowed them to put a different color screen on because they said it would work. Got home still had the same issue. The third time they told me they wouldnt fix it again even though it was the same problem that they originally didnt fix! I dont recommend this place at all! What a waste of money!

I was super out of luck with a horribly broken screen and as soon as I called and spoke with the gentlemen that worked there he said he would have me in and out within in hour, verses the Apple Store which required an appointment and hours of waiting. Overall I was beyond pleased with the customer service I received and the very professional manner everything was handled in. Needless to say, anyone who needs a phone repaired for any issue, this is the place to go...I will return with any future issues I need handled. Also, ask for Grant! Hes great!!

I had an issue with a my screen from Sprint and needed assistance. We worked through the details and reached an agreement. My iPhone 5S charger port was damaged. I decide to replace it by myself, I fix the charger issue but the phone keeps resetting. Well...now I know what NOT to do. I went this place and told him what I did to phone and the issue I had with it. Not only he fixed it he also told me the mistake I made. I am very happy with the service. I told the guy he just saved me more than $500. They only charge me $15 to fix the issue I caused to my phone. Thank you so much!!

This is the best place to have ANYTHING done to your phone or tablet, the customer service is well beyond the call of duty. The manager Grant will make sure your experience there is so good you will find yourself on Google writing rave reviews like this one. You wont find more professional and prompt service anywhere, they have my business for life. I will make sure my friends and family know about my 5 star experience there as they are the best in town!

I cant put into words how amazing this place is. Grant took care of my phone and the customer service was the best Ive seen. I wont go into my whole situation because it would take forever, but the way I was treated was something you RARELY see from a business! I would recommend this place to ANYONE over anywhere else. I would honestly pay double the price of places such as Apple or anywhere to have my phone fixed here! 10++ stars!

Service was fast and they returned my phone with a new screen. The screen was cheaply built and was pushing up on itself. The guy at the store didnt even manage to put the glass protector on, he couldnt get it to stick. The phone screen cracked at the top in two places even though I didnt sit on it or drop it. Overall the parts they have are low quality and the repairs are just done wrong. I will be going back to ask for a refund.

I walked in with an i-phone that was very difficult to keep a cord plugged into for charging. Apple wanted over $200 to replace the phone to fix the issue and never suggested cleaning the port. Dustin cleaned the lint out of the port, making it as good as new. Price was free and I was very thankful. I will bring my phone here for any future repairs before going anywhere else. Thanks again Dustin.
