If I could have rated my experience a zero I would have. I have four phones with this company and recently had to replace one. I bought an unlocked phone...not one from them...and they couldnt help with a new Sim card...they had no idea how to help...I left the store called tech support..and they knew exactly what to do but couldnt do anything over the phone. Tech support called the store and got the same response...nastiness...that I did. Tech support phoned a Verizon dealer and explained what I needed...I drove there and they fixed my phone. The girl Natasha, at the official store, told me my phone was stolen or lost by someone and she couldnt do a thing to assist me. Fact is they dont know what they are doing, are rude, especially if your not buying one of their products, and are not tech savvy in the least. Its pretty bad when tech support and the other store got the same vibes from them.

I wish I could give zero stars. The service here is awful. We waited over an hour and had to ask to be served. We were removed from the queue without being called. We were told someone was finishing up and would be with us in a minute, and we had to wait another 5 minutes. Multiple people left before being served. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Either the staff needs to be better trained or they need more associates on the floor. Also, what is the point of a queue if they cannot use it properly?

There was an altercation I had with the store that I know and admittedly am wrong about. I accepted this news with the utmost respect but the manager of the store was very rude about telling me. She showed little to no care for the happiness of a customer, which in my book, deserves a bad rating. Her eyebrows looked like little sharpie marks above her eyes too. Get some eyebrows you indecent person.

Went there to upgrade my girlfriends phone. Had a great experience. If you get the chance request Jeff. He is a great salesperson (I am in sales) and he did a great job taking care of us. Telling us our options. Keeping us informed with the process and even let us know that they changed a plan and could save money. I couldnt recommend enough. It was fast and a great experience overall.

After an hour plus wait (black Friday so understandable) their systems went down. The online store didnt allow the necessary options to take advantage of the correct deals. Had to call and wait an hour on the phone to accomplish the purchase. The staff was friendly in the store but did not have a full understanding of the deals. This was probably because they didnt have the system up.

Wait time was a little long but Ryan did a great job helping me pre order two new iPhone 7s. He was also extremely personable. It was also my first time in the new store and I thought it was very nice with a lot of accessories. I really liked that they added in a smart house section. Ill definitely come back here and shop again.

I have no idea why this Verizon has such a low rating. I couldnt be happier with my experience today. Demetrius was so eager to help me with the issue I was having, and went out of his way to solve my problem. I think this Verizon is the best one Ive been to in Michigan.

As on official Verizon store, as opposed to an authorized retailer, I get the best prices. The staff is knowledge and while they do try to upsell accessories, they are not pushy. Yeah, there can be a wait, but once served you have someone who knows their stuff.
