I had a book-light that I had bought some years ago that ran out of batteries. Though I had paid a paltry sum for the it, it was invaluable to me. I am an avid reader and like to read myself to sleep at night and so when the batteries in the book-light ran out I tried to find replacements for it, but to no avail. They were not standard size and in spite of buying several different sizes of batteries from various stores, they were either too small or too big. I had quite nearly given up on it...until I happened to see the Batteries Plus outlet in Ann Arbor. The staff was extremely obliging and listened very patiently to my book-light woes. He took the time and effort to find the right batteries for me. I was so relieved because it meant I could resume reading in bed again and return to sleeping well at night! I am very pleased with the pleasant, prompt, patient and, efficient service I got. That is why I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this store and their friendly staff and courteous service. I used to refrain from buying any device that required button cell batteries after my ordeal with the book-light, but not anymore. Batteries Plus (Ann Arbor) took the guesswork out of finding the replacements. Thanks a bunch. Em

Needed a battery for my compact Tractor (Case 224) My first though was Tractor supply, but the ratings on their batteries for my tractor were pretty bad. Searching the internet brought me to Batteries Plus, where I easily found the battery for my tractor. I was happy to see that they had several choices, all with a solid number of positive reviews. I ordered and payed for my battery online, which gave me 10% off! I went to the local store after work and my battery was ready to go. I got a refund for my old battery core too. I installed the battery and the tractor fired right up. Im a happy camper.

This was my second time going to this Batteries Plus in Ann Arbor. I easily bought a battery for my Nintendo DS the 1st time. I decided to have my watch batteries replaced on my 2nd visit. I brought in 5 watches, 3 of which they damaged by breaking the bands. They did not cover any cost of repair and I still had to pay for the battery in the ones that werent damaged. They cost me over a hundred in damaged watches, but still asked me for $8. Be careful if you want your sports watch batteries replaced.

May not seem so, but we use a lot of tech to reduce costs and provide performance services; having the right batteries and related equipment make a huge diff for us. This place carries very competitively priced batteries and excellent service. On a saturday I was able to get my car there and they had my battery in stock and also installed it. That is dealership level service. My battery installs in the back and is not easy to get at. They even had to connect a portable jumper to my front battery terminal just to get the trunk open. They were professional knowledable and skilled. I will totally return for all battery and bulb needs.

The young man on duty was very helpful. Dont waste your time with their website. I used the site to order and do in-store pick-up. After telling the site exactly what I was replacing, it selected the wrong item. When I arrived at the store, the cashier told me they were wrong and $67 later I had the correct ones. Good product, fair prices but lousy website

Been here more than a few times. Good service. Helpful. Had weird little batteries for my StreamLight NanoLight (keychain flashlight) up to weird batteries for the APC Smart-UPS that I got from U of Ms property disposition. And they gave me some made up discount, so I got a few %s off. Will go again.

Their service was fantastic when my iPhone battery had issues. Quick, knowledgeable, cheerful -- and best of all, they were open at 8 AM unlike all the cell phone stores which dont open until 10 AM. Plus theyre still open until 8 PM so I could pick it up after work.

I ordered online; it was available in-store and ready for pickup a few hours later. Wish such things could be semi-automated so the email couldve been sent back that it was ready for pick up in minutes rather than a couple of hours, but thats a minor detail.
