NIGHTMARE! - We were promised $650 per line when turning in our old phones and switching to Verizon from Sprint. We switched on October 25th 2016 and are still calling in every 10 days to argue and plead our case for getting our $650 gift cards. We still have yet to receive any compensation from verizon or 1 consistent monthly bill, 3 LINES IS COSTING ALMOST $300 per month! After a documented chat session promising our $1,950.00, all of our submission IDs, website tracking numbers, fed-ex tracking/shipping info we still have not received any compensation or a guarantee that we will! ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE $1900 I PAID SPRINT FOR OUR PHONES THAT WE MAILED INTO VERIZON AND FOR THE CONTRACT TERMINATION. TOTSLLY DISGUSTED WITH EVERY REPRESENTATIVE THAT WEVE DEALT WITH THUS FAR. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS SCAM IS THAT WHEN YOU GO INTO A VERIZON STORE THEY ADVISE YOU THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL THEIR 800 NUMBER. WHAT A JOKE!! RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAY

I went in on my lunch break I had limited time. My phone was broken and I couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. I talked with Andre and he was receptive and courteous to my needs. He helped me update and fix my phone and even showed me how to use "my Verizon" account and got me out of the store in a timely fashion. Andre even gave me a call the next day to make sure everything was working properly and let me know that I had an upgrade. I went back and got a great deal on a new phone. The staff was very courteous and got a great deal on a new phone. The staff was very courteous and pleasant to work with. I give it a thumbs up recommended to all.

I wouldnt even give one star, if that were an option! This place is truly a joke. I have no clue how they remain in business. I went in yesterday to purchase a Gizmo for my son. I had cash in hand, knew exactly what I wanted and have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. I walked in and there were two women working (behind the counter). They didnt say a word to me. I just stood there, waiting for acknowledgement for about 10 minutes. Finally, I walked out. I havent been treated that poorly since I was a kid. I will NEVER go back there. I will tell anyone my opinion of this place if they are considering going there!

Rich Taft is amazing at the Hartland store, his customer service is top of the line. We had to make adjustments to my account, update my husbands account, activate a new phone for my son and do some work to our business account. Rich did all of the research prior to making an appointment with me so when I came to the store, we made the changes and I was in and out without any issues. Thank you for being amazing and I will only use Rich in the future for all of our Verizon needs!

This place shouldnt even be able to represent Verizon Wireless. They have poor customer service and the manager is a joke. They give false information to make you deal with them directly instead of taking your business to a corporate store. I would recommend that everyone use the corporate store in Brighton instead of this non-corporate store in Hartland. Brighton is 10 times this store could ever be! They have much more stock and even better representatives!

My phone was constantly trying to activate itself. I went into the store to ask for help and was told that i would need to turn my phone into insurance, and that was my only option. i went home and got on my Verizon account and activated it online. it took all of about 5 minuets. why couldnt the Verizon representative have told me this. you guys really need to step up your customer service. worst time i have ever had in the store.

I am a Verizon business account customer. We have over 20 lines and I ONLY deal with Wireless Zone in Hartland. Rich Taft and the staff at the Hartland store provide excellent customer service. They go above and beyond whats expected and have never let me down. Dont write you name on a wait list at the corporate Verizon stores and wait an hour....go and see Rich in Hartland. You wont be disappointed.

We have always used this store and loved it and this trip was no exception. The new management is awesome and the sales associates could not be any more helpful when trying to pick out a new cell phone and going through the whole process of it all. Not only did my daughter get a new phone but they got my cell phone bill down as well while I was there and that is a total plus in my book!!

James has generously provided his expertise in a variety of issues with my new iPhone, iPad, and Bluetooth headset. I never felt rushed or frustrated. He spent time trouble-shooting my Xfinity email account. I have learned a lot from him and this will enhance my enjoyment using these new devices. It was a great experience working with James. My old phone had some major issues and getting a new phone is always a bad experience. Liz at Verizon made it a breeze. She was professional and was able to answer all of my questions and got my new phone to where it needed to be for me. She was patient and didnt make me feel like I was wasting her time. She rocks!!!
