I have an iPhone 6s that ended up cracking. It was fine for a while, I worked around the cracks, until the LCD screen completely went out. I couldnt use my phone at all. Apple said theyd fix it for roughly $300, which was not going to happen because Im a broke college student, but Ann Arbor Phone Repair said theyd fix it for $190, and thats exactly what they did. The phone is in perfect condition now. I highly recommend this place to any and all of those who have broken phones or phones that just arent working right. They were very kind and patient with me, even when I expressed that I had thought the place was going to be shady. I am very content with not only the fix of my phone, but the price I paid for it. They saved me $110 that I didnt have. They arent the sort of people who will let you leave unhappy, either. They really take every clients concerns to heart and work things out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Support your local businesses, folks. They may surprise you. Thank you to the kind gentlemen who helped me get my phone back up and working. :)

After connecting with Patrick via the very handy instant message widget that pops up if you spend a minute or so at the A2 Phone Repair homepage, he offered a great price and directed me to see Eddie at the store. Eddie provided exceptional customer service: professional, friendly, competent, and did a quick turn around with same day service. Moreover, after getting delayed with helping a neighbor, Eddie called me twice, stayed a bit after closing thinking I might show up to pick up my phone. He even offered to return to the store if I really needed the phone. And he lives 30 minutes away. And when I picked up the phone this morning, his graciousness and competence really shined. Very thorough in describing what happened to the phone, the parts replaced, why one of the malfunctions, happened, etc. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had and highly recommend their services. Was checking out their website and a text popup from a store representative asked if I had any questions. I let them know that my screen on iphone 5 shattered and they told me how much it would cost if it was only the glass and if the LCD was damaged. They also told me how long I could expect to wait for the job to be completed. I went in that evening and got the price quoted to me earlier. I let them know that I was waiting there rather than leaving and coming back and they completed my repair much faster than they first told me. I would come back here for any phone repair and would recommend to anyone.

My son dropped my iPhone 6 Plus this morning cracked the screen. I learned that I did not have Apple Care so would have to pay hefty price thru Apple Store. I found this shop thru Google search for closest sop to me. Tony took VERY good care of me. All of this, despite the fact he had to deal with a very difficult customer that was giving him a hard time for seemingly no reason. I appreciated Tonys excellent customer service skills and interest in caring for the customer. My phone looks as good as new. I would highly recommend Toni and this repair shop without a doubt.

Great service, great pricing. I dropped my phone into a salt water pool, it wouldnt turn on, the Internet and Apple Store said things were hopeless. A2 repair was very helpful and clear about the chance of recovery. The price to check out the phone was very reasonable and the higher recovery price was charged only if they could recover data. Patrick took the time to explain how they would try to recover data and he regularly updated us with the progress. In the end they succeeded when it seemed hopeless! The price was very reasonable and they recovered all my data!

Great shop. They replaced a charging port on my surface tablet...called as soon as it was done - works perfectly. Even more impressive was later in the day when I went back in because my tablet would no longer let me onto google....45 minutes later and many ridiculous phone calls to my parents who were the original owner of the tablet and thus the administrators they figured out the problem was a date time issue and showed an extraordinary amount of patience while we figured out how to get in even though the passwords had long been changed. SUPER place!

The screen on my Nexus 5X was broken and I initially wanted to send it to LG. This would have taken about 10 days and LG was unwilling to provide an estimate. Through Googling I found the Ann Arbor Phone Repair. I sent an email and got a response the next morning with a (very fair) price and a time estimate for how long it would take to order the screen. It only took half the time estimated and the repair was accomplished in 2 hours. Very highly recommended.

I took four iPhones over here and plan on taking four more they are amazing never have I seen a phone repair shop have amazing customer service i have dealt with the manager and with a worker they are both amazing I HIGHLY recommand this location and the plus side is that they use official Apple product they do not use after market material and the work they do is amazing if you need any screen replaced come over here you will not be disappointed

After a visit to the Apple Store, where I was told I could only replace my phone (for well north of $300), I brought my iPhone into AA Phone Repair for same day service of my cracked screen. Within the hour, and for $10 cheaper than what I was quoted at the Apple Store ($129), I walked out a very pleased customer. Fast, courteous, and under budget. Everything one could ask for! Patrick did an amazing job repairing a charging problem with my iPhone 6. I had visited the Apple store about this issue and each time was told a more expensive charger would solve my problem. Wrong. I destroyed my iphone 6S plus to the point where I couldnt even see what was on my screen anymore. I stopped in one morning and unfortunately they didnt have my screen in stock, but once it came in Tony had fixed it so that its now looking as good as new. He also included a screen cover to compensate for the inconvenience of having to wait for his order to come in. Great customer service!
