Bad customer service. CHEAP screens they replace with and charge 200 dollars for. I have a LG2. This place is awful, they replaced my screen twice. The first time I called in and it took about a week for the screen to come in. I paid half when it was ordered and the other half when I picked it up after being fixed, totally fair and fine. However, I dropped it a few days later (still waiting for my case to come in the mail I ordered after breaking my phone to begin with) and the screen shattered immediately which I thought was weird because I had dropped my old phone over the course of a year before it finally broke. So I brought it back and paid for ANOTHER screen. Put a screen protector and case on AS soon as I got it back. I did notice there were burns on the back of my phone probably from their saudering gun when trying to replace the screen. I let it go. A few months later and my screen is cracking on its own. I mean literally just cracking from minimal pressure. bad cracks. I will put it in my purse and pull it out and there will be a new crack in a completely different spot. Do not waste your money here. I spent 230 between buying two screens in a few weeks and it was a cheap rip off. should have just bought a new phone.

In regards to the review down below, this customer paid their bill over the phone with boost mobile customer service with a credit card, then disputed the charges and boost mobile suspended her services. She sent her mother in here to pay the bill with cash and when we tried to pay it, Boost Mobile wouldnt allow cash payments in store due to the fraud that she tried to get over with on Boost Mobile. She then called into the store and demanded a refund and I told her perfectly clear that she can send her mother back in here and is more than welcome to get a refund since the payment never went through. Needless to say, this review is just a sad example of people that are trying to get over and ruin others reputation. We dont even want customers like this to be in our store. The customers that we have coming into this location are next to none. We have always done people right and will continue to do so. We have been in business since 1997.

This place is terrible. Bought, not one but three chargers for the iPhone. Went to try one out and it doesnt work, therefore trying the rest just to find out none of them work. 3 BRAND NEW CHARGERS, lol. The best part is when I went back up there 2 days laster to see if they could swap them out the same guy was working, even remembered me told me that "since HE sold them to me for $15 dollars each instead of the retail price of $20 dollars because I bought 3, they had no Warranty and he could not replace them BUT could replace one because he is a nice guy" hahaha. A warranty on a charger 2 days old? Not to mention 3? I asked to speak to a manager and guess what?? It was this guy the whole time! All in all, terrible service and cheap a** stuff.

Took my iPhone 4S here for screen repair. I had already tried a screen I bought offline, and although the process isnt difficult, it turns out difficult to find a screen that is compatible with these phones. So without wanting to wait for another to ship from Hong Kong, I spent the extra $40 or so to have them do it. At first, there were some issues that anyone would have with such a task, but they handled the issues with a smile and needless to say, my phone is back to perfect shape, with a cool green screen. Thanks!

I really appreciate everything that these guys do for me. They have the absolute best prices when it comes to Boost Mobile, used phones and unlocked phones. I have purchased all my phones from them as well as his brother Al. I would recommend them to any and everyone!!!! They also repair phones as well. Great prices for iPhones and Galaxys.

Got lied to and ripped off... Sold me a phone that didnt work, lied about their policy & warranty... Wasted my time & gas, having me come back 3 different times, only to be told they cant do anything. The phone didnt work from day one. And Ray, the manager, he talks nice, but he isnt trustworthy. AVOID!
