Please dont waste your time or money. Being "apple certified" means nothing. I have an older IMac that was loaded with programs, pictures, docs, etc. but I had a hard time getting on the Internet since the OS system was outdated. I brought it here just for an update to be able to get the internet. It was confirmed that this is something theyd be able to do. I was also told that they can back up my info., or I can purchase a drive to backup. So I left the computer and was told theyd give a call within the hr. once they look at the computer. I went to walmart to purchase a drive to save my info, but received no phone call. I called to follow up and was told theyd call me back the next day (saturday). No call Saturday or Monday. I actually went to the location at 9 am Tuesday morning and met the mgr Christian. He told me that "they havent gotten to it yet", but will have it done by later that day. I told him that I have drive to save the info., and he told me that theyll back it up for free since there was prolonged follow up and the process took longer than what was told. I asked if my applications, pictures, etc would still be there and he guaranteed me it would. He told me that the work will be completed by later that day. So I left feeling a bit accomplished and waited but no phone call for 2 days. No phone call or any thing...so I went back up there on that Thursday. I got the same excuse from Christian, "the so called mgr". I saw my computer on the back table pulled apart. He told me that theyre having a hard time finding the software for he update, but hell have it by later that day. Of course, that was all lies. Bottom line, I didnt get my computer back until about 4 days later. Barely able to get online, nor did they update it to the OS as originally told. Oh yea, did I mention NOTHING WAS BACKED UP. I LOST EVERYTHING!!!! All I got was a half ass apology and a discount. I was told to read the contract that states they are not responsible for lost information, and I was responsible for backing it up. WOW...REALLY? I was told this was a service that was provided. Now I have a computer that barely gets online (cant even play youtube videos), no programs (not even iphoto), and lost years of history. This took place about a month or so ago. I am so disgusted. They didnt even offer to replace the programs that were lost i.e final cut, virtual pc, photoshop etc. I have a new Mac now, and I will never use this company again. Oh yeah, another lady was picking up her laptop while I was picking up my computer. They couldnt even find her power cord. They gave her a placement from the back. I had to give 1 star in order to write this review. This place is horrible.

HORRIBLE. I dropped my iPhone 6 off on Saturday 11/7/15 because it was not working correctly. The gentleman at the store told me he would call me back in 2 hours. Four hours later, I received a call telling me that the store was going to have to ship my phone away. Worst case would be a 3-5 day turnaround. I was also told that this was the best option on cost because it would be much more if i got a new phone. On Wednesday 11/11/15, I called the store asking for an update. They told me that they had to give me a new phone and it would take 3-10 days! I told them that I was getting married on 11/21 and needed my phone back quickly. They informed me that they would put a rush on the phone. Today, 11/16, they are now telling me that my phone wont be here until at LEAST Wednesday. Apparently they did not put a rush on the phone. Due to this company, I will be without my cell phone for 1.5 weeks and over 8 business days when it was promised to me that I would not be without a phone for more than 3-5. Most people do not have home phones today. Cell phones are my way of communicating with my wedding vendors and family as they plan their travel into town for my wedding. Not only that, but now I find out that if I just taken it to an apple store, my phone would have been replaced on the spot and the apple store is cheaper. Just do yourself a favor and do not come here. Just go to the Apple Store. You might have to wait a few days for an appointment at the genius bar, but you will at least have a phone when you need it.

They charged me the diagnostic fee and after I paid to have the laptop repaired it came back with the same issue when I went back and told them I had the same issue they tried to charge me another diagnostic fee that is crazy. I do not recommend anyone go there youre better off going to the Apple Store at the end of the day it wouldve cost me a less to just had my repairs done at the Apple store than dealing with these crazy people and pay two diagnostics fees who knows how much additional they would charge me for repairs

Worst Experience. My sister spent about $1000 getting several computers fixed here. My sister had military duty and couldnt pick her computer up thw computer that her son used in time, they said that they scrapped her $500 computer. She was a loyal customer until this incident. Not only did they allegedly scrap her computer, they treated her with disrespect. We were treated like dirt.

Do not use these people! They are crooks! They have a sign saying Apple repair, but they ship your product off to who knows where and then tell give you the run around about when its coming back. They provide no paperwork about whats done and demand more money and refuse to give your system back.

They moved. Dont know where to but I went there 2 days ago and the door was locked and nobody was in there and it looked empty. Guy next door said they left a few weeks ago. Just thought Id save you the trip.

OUTSTANDING not only did the gentleman fix my iPad an my cell phone but he explained to me as he was fixing them what was wrong. Needless to say I was very pleased. Thank you again
