PCHELP has rescued me many many times from my technology disasters! I love their convenient location, friendly service, very fair rates and unbelievably fast turn around times on repairs and maintenance. I am a single mom with absolutely no technology "know how" so to have someone who can get all of our computers and devices working properly again very quickly and without breaking the bank is priceless. They also send you away with helpful pointers and tips to avoid issues later...of course my kids and I can always find more ways to mess things us. :) I have and will continue to refer all of my family and friends to PCHELP.

I was having all kinds of problems with my laptop, freezing, blue screens, cutting off, and viruses, I was told by another store in cartersville that my motherboard was fried and that I needed to buy a computer at their store, I want mention any names. PCHELP diagnosed my computer and had it back to me the same day. Thank you for your professional work and great attitude. I wont be taking any of my devices anywhere else. This place is great and they explained everything in detail. I couldnt have asked for better service with fair pricing.

Best computer store around, hands down. I was having hardware issues and blue screens way too frequent. I was given great computer information about my computer and got it back the next day, problems solved. Even when I tried for days to research the problem for a solution with no luck, these guys found the problem quickly and got me and my business back up and running in a flash. I will never trust my computer with any other business again.

I was really impressed with how good the service and turn around time was for my computer. I dropped mine and busted the screen and messed up the hard drive. I was able to replace both cheaper than buying a new computer, and my computer was so much faster when I got it back. Thank you for great service, I didnt realize how much I used my computer until I was without one.
