Yesterday my Laptop had the screen broken and I needed it repaired quickly. Here I am thinking it will take a day or so and I was good with that theory. Well I call Laptop on Call and he said he was closing but would stay open for me till 7. I then high tailed across town and arrived there at the store at 6:55. He then told me what it would cost and I was assuming that I would see it in a couple of days. The worker then tells me he can have it done in 5 minutes and I am like rock on my friend. That is what I call going the extra mile for the customer. I would recommend this store to everyone.

After stressing all week on what was wrong with my laptop of 4 months and how I was going to get it fixed, I took it to Laptop On Call on Saturday and got it back on Monday. If I had sent it back to the manufacturer like they had asked it would have taken at least 2 weeks to get it back and I would have lost everything. I am so pleased with how quickly Laptop On Call was able to find the problem and fix it. I would recommend Laptop On Call to anyone who is having computer issues.

I accidentally dropped my laptop and it wouldnt turn on. First I went to Office Depot and they couldnt do anything, so they directed me here. I needed to use my laptop urgently and so I rushed to the store near the closing time. They were still willing to help me in my emergency. The service was excellent and they were able to fully repair my computer at a reasonable price and with only short amount of time.

WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I had a few broken keys on my laptop and went to get them fixed. They "ordered" the new keys, charged $10 dollars per key plus shipping, $40 dollars to install them. They shipped them to the wrong store, I ended up getting the wrong keys, and then they installed one of them upside down. DO NOT GO HERE.

Quick turn around, instead of abusing my ignorance of computers. David and the team at Laptop On Call did the simple fix, cleaned my computer, and had it back to me within a few hours. Great experience, this was my second experience with them and both times they were helpful and cost effective to meet my immediate needs.

Laptop on call has been very helpful each time I have needed them. They make repairs quickly and the cost is reasonable. I have needed to use them twice to make repairs to an iphone 6 and each time the repairs were quick and high quality. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs electronics repaired.

Second time David has helped me. First fixing keyboard of a laptop that micro center wanred 75 and for me to keep there. Only charged 10. I returned to get 2 cracked cell phones repaired, saved over 100 even with insurance on the phones and did not lose our data. Thanks David and will be back again.

Did a very poor job fixing the screen on my laptop. It broke off its hinges in an unfortunate fall and they charged me $160 to just jam the hinge back into the screen so it would close (somewhat) normally. I should have just scrapped it and bought a new computer.

Laptop on call has been able to fix everything I have taken over from chip replacement to wave soldering to motherboard replacement. They are always prompt and easy to work with and repairs are done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.
