Let me start by saying this is my first yelp review ever. WARNING. There is nothing professional about this place. From the way the weirdo with blue hair looks to the way they do business. I took my computer here for a simple diagnostic. A full week had gone by so I decided to call them. I dont think they even knew who I was. After 10 days I was sick of waiting on these people. I went up there to get my computer and to find out what was wrong with it. I was told the hard drive had crashed. 10 days and thats all they had for me. With no phone call ever, not once on status or job completion. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IVE HAD TO DATE IN MY LIFE. These people did not care about my business whatsoever. They were complete idiots. I took the computer down the road to another guy and it turns out my hard drive was not even corrupt and is fine. My computer was fixed within 2 days. My registry was corrupt and windows had to be reinstalled.

Buddy took his PC there to get it fixed. They broke one of his ram sticks and just plopped the cables on top of the motherboard. His power supply was destroyed so they had him buy an overkill power supply with way more wattage than needed with the components that he has. "Professional Services" Should mean that they do basic things like cable management and not breaking components and just hoping the person doesnt notice.

Although I had a terrible experience with this company, I received a call from the store after writing a single star review. The caller was quite professional and seemed sincerely concerned with the lack of service I received. The people that serviced my computer are no longer employed at the store, so Ive edited my review to be fair.
