I brought my old (non-working) computer CPU in, hoping to recover a few files I had neglected to back up before moving on to a new computer, and he was able to recover them for me and recycle my old hard drive while I was there, showing me every step. I really appreciate a honest, hands-on technician like Mr Williams, and know where to go for any future computer problems.

Every repair he has done has worked well. Hes always in touch, even at unlikely times. The most memorable was when my computer crashed on New Years Eve. I called, thinking that I would just get an answering machine, but I actually got him! I was able to get the computer to him that night and had a fixed computer later that week. His prices are reasonable too!

WOW, I called them they said they were no longer in business. I said I would notify Google so people would not keep calling. Then the guys says oh well today is the last day. So I ask can I have my task completed....he then says umm no we are not taking any repairs.....this all seems very odd! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
