Great service, I finely found a place to get good service and not get ripped off. They called and told me what the issue was with my computer and gave me a price to fix it, then after they fixxed it and I was home, I had to re-install my router and I ran into another problem, I called Brandon back and found out how to resolve that problem also. I had a friend refer me to CD and Im glad he did. My son bought a laptop from Computer Works and he said he will never go back there again because he was totaly ripped off by them, so he will now use CD as well. They do good quality work at a fair price.

I have used Computer Depot twice with computer issues that I could not resolve with online help. On both occasions I have received prompt and timely service as well as friendly and helpful tips on how to preserve and maintain my electronic devices. I am especially impressed with the staff who have always been ready to answer my questions in ways that I could easily understand. I will continue to use Computer Depot for repair service and will most likely purchase my next computer from them when the time comes for a new one.

Just got my Mac fixed at Computer Depot. I always get the 3 year service contract from Apple when I buy macs, it has run out on this computer, so I needed help and I am used to good service. My 3rd experience with CD. I have been in customer service most of my life and love everything about CD. They are clean and organized, fix stuff quickly, have a curtious staff, and always get stuff done quickly. Also, prices are very reasonable. Have never had a failure on what they fix.

These guys are a rip off. They wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to get my computer fixed. I said no thank you. I then went to Bestbuy and they were even more expensive then Computerdepot (not by much). I thought I was hopeless until a friend of mine told me about ComputerWorks on Merchants Drive they fixed me up for a very reasonable price. I suggest at looking for other options for computer repair in the knoxville area then computer depot.

I HAVE BEEN BUYING AND HAVING SERVICE DONE HERE FOR MANY YRS. I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THOMAS AND ROGER VERY EASY AND HONEST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE UP FRONT WITH U WEATHER IT IS FOR SERVICE OR IF YOU ARE BUYING A COMPUTER NEW OR USED. I HAVE SENT MANY PEOPLE TO COMPUTER AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY COMPLAINTS. This store is great! I used them 3-4 years ago when my computer died. Yes it was too far gone! I bought a used computer from them at a great price. Im still using it. If you want some place to give you an honest estimate without charging until actual work is performed, I recommend them. Also I trust they do good work and stand behind what they do.

I have used Computer Depot for several years for problems with my desktop and laptop, and they have always done a great job at a reasonable price. Friendly and courteous staff, very competent. I only wish they would open at 8:30am so I could get there and still make it to work on time

I had a great experience dealing with CD. They were very courteous and did exactly what they said they would do to fix my computer. all work was done in a timely manner and there were no extra charges or any surprises when I picked up my computer. I was and am very satisfied.

The west Knoxville one doesnt know what theyre doing. they told me my board fried so I asked if any Intel ones would work I had an amd quad core so they showed me an Asus board and said it would work turns out its not compatible at all. So I wasted 400$
