I was nervous, being my first time taking my work laptop to a shop, but these guys delivered! I had a shattered bezel that presented a questionable situation. I knew and expected that my machine could be there several days or so, but they called me back in less than 24 hours, first thing the next morning. I cant speak for how competitive their prices are, but the bill didnt hurt my feelings. I will go back to this place for my next pc service need and hopefully will never have to shop for a pc repair shop again. Thank you PC Tech.

BEST SERVICE EVER. I took my laptop in, IT HAD to be fixed the same day as I work out of town and this was my last day here.Not only did he fix my computer within a few hours, HE STAYED LATE FOR ME BC I WASNT able to return and pick it up before he closed for the day. My stress level went way down bc he repaired my laptop so quickly and did not charge me a fortune to do so. I would highly recommend PC Tech and will definitely got there for all my pc needs in the future.

Bought a computer while on vacation and was heartbroken after it broke 3 days later.. When i got my computer back from the shop it worked perfect for me and the price was very fair for the work and parts my computer needed. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. I needed a DVD burner for my computer an IDE a ribbon style connection and he had one on his shelf I didnt have any money with me and he told me to try it if it worked I could pay him the next day. The DVD burner worked and went to pay him and was treated very professionally, Would recommend PC Tech for fair and honest service

PC Tech is my "go to" place wheneverI have any computer problem or question. They have built several desktop systems for me, one of which is still in use after 20 plus years. I have purchased several laptops from them and always know I am getting the best deal and immediate service should I ever need it. PC Tech is da bomb!

I called to get an estimate. And they guy was being a total jerk on the phone. He said he had to see the laptop and such and I live like 45 mins away.I offered to give the model number he snapped at me and said no, no I will not. I had 2 others give me an estimate. Very rude person, glad I did not take my business here

I picked my computer up the next day.I am very happy with them. Their work is world class, and they are customer oriented.
