Had this horrible problem with my computer so I searched up places, and saw this place. I got there and was helped right away. The employees there know exactly what theyre doing, so it was cool hearing them explain what the issue was.Very down to earth! They did things I had no idea you could do. What a waste of time these people are! I tried to put a service call in to them for a copier machine located about 40 miles away. This shows that it is in their service area, but when I contacted them they acted like it was a million miles away and that we were putting them out to try and service our copier! Carl was rude, a jerk and just very nasty for no reason. We will no be doing business with them and would recommend staying clear of them!

For at least the past seven years, I have relied on Carl to handle my computer issues. Recently I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10, to which my PC is not compatible with. Carl & his team were able to quickly restore my computer to its original operating system and retain all of my files, all at a minimal cost. Every person I encounter that has computer repair needs I quickly refer to their team!
