RIP OFF! This store seems to be pulling some sort of a scam. They are very keen to take your money to "fix" anything on your phone. I had my full LCD replaced on my unlocked Samsung S5 a little over a year ago, cost $288.08. The phone was having issues freezing and randomly restarting, so I took it into CPR on West Main. They replaced it within a day no problem. It was very important that my phone be fully functional before traveling, seeing as how I was planning on spending a year traveling around the world (the phone was to replace traveling with a laptop). They said that there would be a one year warranty for my phone. This is might be handy if you are still on this side of the world, but your screwed otherwise. Within the week my phone started showing some of the same issues, so I took it back. They took my phone into the back of the store and said EVERYTHING LOOKED FINE, so they replaced my battery with a OEM battery and said that it shouldnt give me any more issues. Sad to my discovery after a couple months the phone started acting up again. I contacted the company all the way from New Zealand over the phone. They told me that I would have to ship the phone back. This wouldnt work for me since I just started my new job and my phone was crucial for work (looks like that wouldve been more pointless money spent anyways). A month after that I noticed other malfunctions with my phone. The gyroscope stopped working. This meant no screen rotation, poor GPS reading, and other issues. Also, THE PHONE HAD THE SAME ISSUES! I took the phone into the store as soon as I got back into the States. I told them everything and they took my phone straight into the back of the store right away. They then came back stating "EVERYTHING LOOKS FINE." Man, I was tired of hearing this. My phone obviously was never fixed and I SPENT $288.08 FOR NOTHING! They said everything sounded like a motherboard issue and replacing that would cost the same as a new phone. I obviously wasnt going to do that seeing as how the phone was already over a $900 investment and any more money definitely needs to go towards a new phone. THEY GAVE ME A NEW AFTERMARKET BATTERY AND TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO FOR ME. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. I asked if I could turn in my phone and get credit towards a replacement. They said no. I would have to pay full price. LOOKS LIKE CPR IS HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY TO REPLACE THINGS THAT DONT NEED TO BE REPLACED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TRY ANY OTHER COMPANY!

(So this is going to sound like a cheesy-fake-bot review, but its not. True story) Had a cracked screen, and although I have "insurance" on my cell plan, it covers basically nothing, and my carrier is the "fine-print" devil and wont help without me having to shell out $300 or more or buy an entirely new phone and plan. Walked in this afternoon with my cracked screen and an old phone that was drowned but still had a working, intact screen, to see if we could swap them out. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help make things easy for me. That they did!! They swapped the screens for me, tested things to make sure they still worked properly, answered all my questions....all within 30 minutes, and gave me a nice discount on the (normally small) repair fee being a first time customer. I was terrified Id have to send the phone in for repairs and/or end up paying a lot of money to get it fixed. But, they did it quickly, well, and extremely reasonably. And, they didnt try selling me a bunch of stuff I didnt need or want, they stuck to what I asked or needed, and completely took care of my issue. I even ended up buying a new charger cord there because I wanted to give them my business I was so impressed and felt taken care of. Will definitely go back, and recommend them to everyone I know. Great job guys, and THANK YOU!!

I dropped my phone in some water and the touch screen stopped working. When I took it in, the CPR guy said worse-case scenario they would have to completely re-solder the wiring and put on a new screen. But, he said hed try putting it in the dehydrator and see where that got me. Dreading the worst, I came back in an hour...only to find that my touch screen was completely restored! I was very happy, and when I asked what I owed him he said...nothing! And he gave me a bunch of suggestions on what to do and not to do if the same thing should ever happen again. He was very kind and straight-forward with me, which I appreciated...no sugar-coating or scamming...I was impressed. Definitely recommend this place for great service! Thanks CPR!!

I brought my phone in to have the glass over the screen replaced due to cracking. I was sold a new glass and an added tempered glass for further protection for about $150 and when the phone came back, the SIM card was missing and they could not locate it. They suggested to contact the carrier to replace the SIM card. I will never take another repair to these folks. They truly are a rip off. Poor customer service and could care less than to make a high dollar repair. I kept working with CPR and they finally purchased a new phone for me, installed the tempered glass and all free of charge. Not sure they do it for everyone, but would assume that they would work with you until you are satisfied with the experience.

First Review: 5 stars! Awesome guys. Super helpful. Fixed my Nexus 6P to the best of their ability. Would definitely recommend. Second Review: 5 stars! One of the guys in there hooked me up, replaced my Nexus 5 battery for free! (I provided the battery) Modified Second Review: Nexus 5 now wont take a charge 3 days later. I brought it back in and they told me the charging port is broken, but since I bought my own battery it wasnt under warranty. Seems like a silly policy. If you break someones phone, just fix it. Maybe its just the guy I talked to this last time. Really disappointed though. Will not go back.

Called 2 months ago, got a quote on a repair. Then called again because I was told to wait for the price to go down on the screen. They quote me $150 MORE than 2 months ago. When I called them out for the bull, he gave me the same crap he did the 1st time, "were actually close to taking a loss on the replacement". Another place to do it was $100 cheaper than the quote they gave me from 2 months ago. Rip off place, beware!

If I could give zero stars I would. Red head woman working there is extremely rude. After asking simple questions she reacted very disrespectfully. When I confronted her about being rude she started arguing and then finally apologized after the manger was brought up. Will never use this company again. If you value customer service I highly recommend finding a different company or trying the cpr on westnedge.

This company "fixed" my phone, two days later it started to separate. I then tried to push the two pieces back together and my phone cracked AGAIN! I called the company because of their poor services and they said that the warranty didnt cover it because I cracked it in the process of trying to fix a RUSHED JOB! I recommended this company to many people because of their quick services but I take it back!
