Please do not do business with PC Works.....I took my PC in to correct a virus.. When I received it back, Microsoft Office wasnt loaded back onto the system and most upsetting is that I had other documents, pictures and files from someone else... This is truly shocking with all the Identity Theft that is happening... I called, left messages for Rick and I havent talked to him yet and this has been going on for months... I did get ahold of one of his techs and he promised to come to my home and fix the problem on a specific date... I sat home all day waiting and he didnt show and didnt call... Im in my 80s and I feel like PC Works is taking advantage of me due to my age.

Eric at PC works goes above and beyond for client satisfaction. On several occasions, Eric made time in his full schedule to help me in a crunch! He made sure my clinic computer systems were connected during construction of a front counter. This allowed my clinic to be up and running for clients the next day. He also answered his phone one evening when I was giving a presentation out of town, and talked me through setting up my presentation and sound system. Eric has always demonstrated great customer service and always goes above and beyond to help with urgent needs.

Eric from PcWorks always help us out when we need him. We have a small business and rely heavily on computer usage. we have been using him for years and he always does a great job. He works around your schedule and hes very easy to get ahold of. He is very kind, friendly, and quick! Whether its something simple or hard, hes there at your door. He always explains to us whats wrong and will answer any question we have for him. This company has never disappointed us. We definitely recommend them over other people we have tried. we were having a problem with our desk top system. We called PcWorks and brought the computer in to be checked. We had to replace it. They were very honest with us and we were able to get a new unit which we took home that day. While we were there they even checked out our old lap top without a charge. We have been dealing with this company for several years. It is so nice to deal with a small business that gives you the extra service. We are very pleased. We would highly recommend this company.

For both business and personal, Ive purchase equipment from them, had them upgrade equipment, and had them install software. Best computer service! Not kidding I have taken a couple of laptops down and they always do great work. My laptop crashed on Sunday, I dropped off Monday and paid for a rush and they were done by Noon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, except for my ex-wife. I would tell her to go to best buy or somewhere else.
