The staff was awesome so i really hate to leave a one star but at&t was very deceiving about the contract buyout. They literally told me to send them my old contract info and i would get close to full credit via visa cards to pay off the old contract from another company . Well low and behold three months later the cards came in and I received a grand total of 200$. 1600$ was payoff. This after i traded in three new phones from verizon. You have 30 days to change your mind but they make sure the credit cards dont go out til way after that. Had I known this I would have stayed with verizon.

Why have a phone number to a store when all you get is an automated machine. It will not let you get access to a human. Just goes back to someone that you can get to as easy online. Then they tell you to call the store. I had told them that is why I was talking to them, a human will not answer. This is a very poor business procedure. And as the looks of all the other reviews that no one at this company really care. So many complaints are the same. Whats up with that?

Do not buy from this store!! Bought a brand new $800 Apple IPhone 7 here three weeks ago. It stopped working. I bought all of the protection they sell for this phone. I took it back and they told me they cant help me. They told me Id have to drive to an Apple Store.. I explained to them that I bought the phone HERE. At THIS store. They got an attitude with me and told me they cannot help me.

I am a AT&T previous employee. I loved my job and my manager however I was very sick and hospitalized and AT&T fired me. They fought the unemployment with policy and I was innocent. They said I should have called HR when I was recovering and so sick I could hardly walk. Their Attorneys ripped me to pieces. How does it feel. The manager is my age and Karma is going to be bad.

Just called about the new iphone 4G and the guy I talked to on the phone was clueless and wanted to get off the phone. I asked a simple question - If they had the phone in store- all I got was, "Noo maam we dont have any" then I asked when will they be shipped in...? He said,"I dont know". LoL, whos working here? I just hung up.

Ive been with AT&T since they took over cingular. I have always been given the run around. I have always gotten the best service from the employees at this location. Not sure if the names are right but Rakael and Cinderella both deserve raises. Thank you to everyone at this location for helping me when I have an issue with AT&T.

LAZY jerk of a tall black guy with glasses who works here. I went in looking to switch my account around so I could get on my company discount plan. He made it clear he didnt want to be bothered with this. Apparently doing his job isnt really a big deal to this guy. Heading to Verizon now as we get discounts both places.

if I could rate lower I would. This store does not answer their phone. Ive tried calling 8 times today, but just keep getting the computer. No one bothers to answer the phone. If they can be bothered to talk to be about purchasing their services then Ill just go somewhere else. I do not recommend calling this store.

Apparently I owed them $130 after paying all the bills, closing the account, and sending the modem back. They never called me or sent any bills saying I still owed. Now 8 months later I see that its on my credit, which went down 90 points because of it. If they had called or sent a bill I wouldve paid it!

I tried to get help with my phone that was having suspicious activity and I was quickly brushed off and made to call their customer service so they could make a sale. I wont be doing business with AT&T anymore. Ive been a loyal customer for 10 years, but no longer due to this incident.
