Sooooo I am from Ohio and I have always shopped at Aldis. Recently took a job at a competitive grocery store and when I can I rave about Aldis. Well we waited for two years for this Aldis to come to our town of Cartersville. Stopped in this evening and first of all went to the restroom. No toilet paper, no hand soap. Floors were dirty. One cashier with a line of at least 10-12 customers in line. Asked cashier where all the help is and she stated no one wants to work. Asked where manager was and she replied stocking in produce. In in past Aldis when there was a line they rang a bell for help but I guess when there is no help. Manager should have been up there helping. What a disappointment with this store. Today is April 20th and this store opened April 6th. What is to become of this store if this is what it is not. Very sad since we waited for so long for this store to come to Cartersville. Hate to think we are going to have to take a farther drive since this store just is not getting it.

Everyone is upset with the customer service. When I last spoke to an employee she was from another store they didnt have enough staff to fully run the store yet. So they are still learning. So let just see how things turn out after a few more weeks and people are trained right. But the lady that checked me out was SUPER nice and very sweet. I always love shopping at these stores. Ive shopped at them all Ive Georgia and Indiana.

Great place to shop while living on a budget. Good customer service. Aldi has a vast selection of meats, vegetables, fruit, dairy and so much more. It cuts corners on shopping carts, grocery bags and etc to allow the customer to decide what theyre willing to pay for.

Good prices! Love the store but sometimes needs more cashiers... Lines are at times too long... If you only want the money and not wanting to work for it then go find people who will give you their money... We as customers should get good customer service!!

I always praise a clean grocery store and this one is no different. Even a couple of hours before close it was clean and tidy. As always, great discounts. Take your quarter for your cart and your bag for your items. Its worth it.

This particular Aldi is my favorite. The store is always clean and well stocked. The cashiers are friendly and knowledgeable. Your Calhoun store needs to take a lesson from this store.
