So wonderful. Ive been working with them for the last three days. I lost my phone for the first two days and had to go in the store stressfully pondering whether to buy a new phone and they were all nice, helpful, and Greg even offered me a loner phone that would make calls so that I wouldnt be completely phoneless. That just blew me away how considerate. Then my sisters decided to join my plan, and because they had the phone they wanted in stock at Best Buy, they went through Best Buy to get their phones activated on my plan. Turns out, something went wrong at Best Buy and my account was all sorts of messed up. And even though we showed up a half hour before closing, Greg and Sean went above and beyond to help us figure everything out with Best Buy.I mean, when we had a question about a Best Buy policy- Sean, without us asking, got out a tablet and looked up the answer for us!!! And Greg called a customer service line and fixed all the problems, offered my sister to find an aspirin because he face was swollen from being so stressed and having a terrible headache, was really thorough when he set up our new phones, and stayed after closing to get everything worked out. Everyone there is so helpful- very glad to be with AT&T. (P.S. They have great service if you are wondering btw)

I know two of the guys who work here. They are total geeks. They know technology like barflies who can recite the entire Taco Bell menu at 2 am on a Saturday night. They sprinkle sim cards on their breakfast cereal and can swap data from an old phone to a new one in under 10 seconds, blindfolded, under water. They skydive without parachutes and ride the wind to the ground with nothing more than a smartphone blaring the theme song from 2001 Space Odyssey. They have Randall L. Stephenson, CEO of AT&T on speed dial and he often calls them for advice. Toby, the more loquacious of the two, once talked on a top secret nuclear-powered phone (in development) for the entire battery life without stopping. Craig once talked a jumper off the ledge using a megaphone app he personally coded for AT&T while rescuing his neighbors cat from a well. Yes, these men are badasses. They can tell you so much about your device that they will make you want to buy your own phone, again.

Horrible service.... These guys havent got a clue about cell phones. Do not go here, they will only make your situation worse. If u go here, then make them get customer service on the phone to guide them or they will mess things up worse. 3rd time was a charm for me. I will never go back there again.

I had a wonderful experience on my most recent trip to the AT&T store here in Richmond. Everyone in there was very polite and were able to answer my questions efficiently. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to go in there and speak with them when theyre looking to get new phones!!!

This is a very clean store. Helpfull staff, lots of live demo units, they even had soft chairs while I waited. Would recommend. 5 bars of service in town.
