Do not go to this place. My wife and I were just there trying to get her a new cellphone and the following happened: We were put on a wait list, fine fair enough. We only had one person ahead of us no big deal. I look up a few minutes later and see another name has been put ahead of us though so now getting annoyed but still willing to wait. A half hour has gone by and I am getting annoyed now, in particular because I got a screaming toddler. I see the manager ( Chris) is clearly doing nothing so I ask if he can quickly get my wife the phone she wants. He tells me no because apparently managers are not allowed to make sales!! Finally an associate goes to help us but then the same manager Chris tells her not to help us but help another person!! We walked out. We were in the store 45 minutes and got zero customer service. Verizon here we come.

Flatly refusing to sell a product a customer wants because they "had problems". I came in to get a Zagg glass screen protector for my new S8. They refused to sell it to us because they had problems with them, saying they slid around on the screen. Obviously thats a manufacturer problem to be taken care of by the manufacturer, not AT&T. They still refused to sell it even though I requested it and didnt want the bodyguard brand. Either way now I have to spend more time and money going to another store. Not happy at all.

This is the worst carrier ever!!! I brought an Iphone. They gave me 14 days to return this phone. I returned this phone 10 days after I purchased it, and these stupid idiots turned me over to a collection agency for $873.00!!!!!! I dont even have the damn phone. After going in to the store in Douglasville Ga, I was told twice, the close out was done incorrectly, and it would be taken care of, yeah it was taken care of alright.. by them sending me to a collection agency...AT &T mobile sucks!!!!

The service rep that helped me was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and sincere. His name was Dustin Wierman. I could honestly tell that he really cared about me and making sure that "I" was satisfied. He spent a great deal of time explaining all my options and made great suggestions. I left happy and would highly recommend this young man. A great honest salesperson.
