This review isnt about the store itself, but the outstanding cashier we dealt with. I was checking out with my daughter when my 7 year old grandson, whos battling brain cancer, threw up all over the floor. The cashier calmly closed down the lane and gave my daughter cleaner and sanitizer as my daughter grabbed paper towels from behind the cash register next to us to start cleaning the mess. The cashier did call for someone to clean it up but no one showed up. A big thank-you to Corinne for your patience, kindness, and understanding!! A rarity these days! I hope management recognizes what a special person she is!

I went to pharmacy on the 1st of January, New Years Day and was there at 3:50PM. I wasnt aware they were closing at 4:00PM...I needed my insulin as I am nearly out and am on an insulin pump. The Kroger employee told me they were about to close and Id have to come back tomorrow. I dont know how long it takes to reach into a refrigerator and pick up my insulin and check me out, but it cant take over ten minutes. I was so angry that I turned and left the area. I will move my prescription purchases to Wal Mart or another pharmacy tomorrow. That is if Im able to function without my needed insulin.

The only reason its not a 5 star rating your damn marketing people came up with the idea of moving items to different areas randomly so you have to look for them and you end up picking up items more items. I like to know were things are. Makes it quick and easy. Thats what I want. Not search for it, get pissed off, go to Remke or Meijer. Dont try to keep me in your store searching. Make my visit hassel free, quick in and out. Thats what will bring me back to buy more. Also long time customer. Thanks, Sean Kelly

i get the lunch deal at the hot deli at least once a week and every week they have the same boring sides. Two choices of potatoes that have no flavor and the same goes with the corn and mac and cheese. i asked why i cant get coldslaw or broccoli salad. I got to deal with a nasty old lady whose responce was its not my job. now walmart and remke both offer cold deli items with the hot items with their lunch meals. i dont see why krogers can do the same. maybee have they employees focus on customer service.

This is one of the best Krogers in the area! I have shopped at a few different locations in the area, and this one blows the rest out of the water. My biggest reason for liking this Kroger is their Organic section. I dont always like driving to the specialty stores to buy my organic produce. They have a great selection. I also have enjoyed taking my kids to Kroger, grabbing a beverage or treat from Starbucks, and reading magazines. The kids always enjoy browsing the kids books as well.

I went in at 730 to rent a rug doctor. By the time I found help and checked out it was 750. The GM I rented it from said ill go ahead and put down that its do back tomorrow at 8 am like she was doing me a favor. She must of realized how rude and unfriendly she was. Thanks barb for making me kick myself for not going ahead and going the 20 extra mins (out of my way) for better service

This Kroger is out of stock on a lot of items constantly. The front end staff is also quite terrible. My last experience the bagger was more concerned with making fun of the cashier because she didnt know what a meme was instead of bagging my groceries. Its upsetting that this is the closest Kroger to me. Ill most likely be using click list for my shopping needs from this store.

No employees could tell me if they had mulch, first I called to be sent from Ive doesnt the next, I got frustrated and just drove there. Where the gas station attendant, the cart boys, even the customer service finally sent me to the manager where I learned they didnt have any! I was working in that part of town, I ended up going to the Burlington store. Much better experience.

Big store, well stocked, lots of organic and health foods, huge deli counter and salad bar, fresh sushi, seafood, a clinic, housewares, clothing, gifts, jewelry store, bank, pharmacy, a Starbucks, and even has separate liquor store and gas station. Lots of friendly, helpful people. Theyll even do your shopping for you and have it ready to load when you get there!

Love the Hebron Kroger! I only had problems with Grade A large eggs - when boiled would never peel correctly. Friends told me that Krogers store coolers might be set too low and somehow freezes the membrane between shell and insides. I dont know anything about that. But I love the savings at Kroger. Just purchase my eggs for boiling elsewhere

This grocery store is not near my home and is head and shoulders above anything I have regular access. The staff is friendly; one person from the meat department asked if we needed help and escorted us to the frozen food section to help us find what we were looking for. They also have a decent organic/healthy food section.

Great quality food, good prices, and good staff. Plus it was great to have this on my way to work and grab a Starbucks coffee as the kiosk is located right there in front of the store if you go through the right entrance. And if you combine the coffee with the donuts in the bakery, it makes for one great morning.

Great for shopping however, if you ask for 10 lbs or more of chicken breast at a time and the guys behind the meat counter will freak out. Im assuming becuase theyre lazy and that means they have to do their job. This has happened more than once might I add. Ill never buy fresh meat from this location again.

Came in for Starbucks coffee before work and unfortunately, fell due to wet, unmarked floors. They explained the situation and the employees and managers handled it excellently. As result, in spite of the accident that should never have happened, I am still one happy & impressed Kroger/Starbucks customer.

recently, from out of state , I ordered a goodie box with a birthday balloon from the floral department. the kind lady there took it by to my 87 year old father .... thus saving me 13 dollars in delivery fees . I think this is outstanding and I appreciate it greatly !

Seems like everytime Im in the clothing aisle a sales associate hands me a coupon for additional savings even off of clearance priced items in the clothing aisle including shoes. I was able to buy 3 pairs of Filas for my son at a cost of $10 a pair which is phenomenal

Nice and new-looking even though its a few years old. Staff is generally good, prices are in line with other Kroger stores and other grocers. Contains a Little Clinic, Pharmacy, US Bank, Sushi bar. Only place in the world with a scan tunnel checkout system.

Rented a Rug Doctor rug cleaner today. .it quit 1/2 way through the job. .brought it back and got another one..it was so dirty I was afraid to bring it in the house..filthy. Ill hire someone to do it next time..out $30 but lesson learned.
