Not sure if anybody will even read this, but I hope you do. AVOID THIS STORE! More times than I care to admit Ive been disgusted by the produce and meat departments at this store. Other Krogers seem to be fine, but this one is subpar. Rotten produce with fruit flies swarming, rotten flowers, meat that is past its sell by date on the shelves, 10 minute waits to get someone to even acknowledge you at the deli counter, half empty boxes of food on the shelves, and that is just a start. The employees are generally rude or too busy socializing with each other to do their jobs. Not sure what the problem is here, but somebody from corporate needs to plant themselves at this store until it gets fixed.

I love how close this store is to my home. My children love going grocery shopping with me because the cashiers are so nice and give them stickers every time. The only negative comment I have about this location is that on several occasions while I have been in the self check out lanes, I have overheard some cashiers speaking to each other about what they were doing the night/weekend before (not things I want to hear, nor do I want my children to hear), and Ive also heard some cashiers using foul language casually like its no big deal (which again, I dont want to hear nor my children).

Kroger has always been the market of my choice when it comes to cleanliness, picking up something quick and fast for dinner, and most of all the overall discounts in store and for fuel. What I dont like I believe that Kroger should screen their cashiers more often for customer service, some of the cashiers can put on a great front and become very unprofessional. The people at the lunch meat area, never seem to be pleasant, its like they hate their job. The people in the pharmacy area is always pleasant and very professional. I wish some of the other workers will take notes

4 stars for their organic section and organic produce section, everything else is fake processed food thats not really fit for human consumption. Thankfully for Kroger most people are unaware of this and believe cheap and convenient (counterfeit food) is the way to go despite that it harms their familys long-term health.

Just hope you dont need nothing from the bakery or Deli you will have to go search for an employee that can go find the employee that works in that section so you have to at least have 30 to 45 minutes to get a fresh sub for a cake because the people in the bakery will just stand there and stare at you

I love this Kroger. My wallet got stolen at the Kroger on hospital Dr douglasville and the manager was like oh well. I spend a lot of money at Kroger and get my meds there. The manager could have at least called the police for me and made me feel better. I have not been back since.

The produce was not fresh, or clean and had flys all over the department will not shop here again. I will go back to the Krogers on Powder Springs Rd. were the produce is always fresh and the department is always clean with the rest of the store.

Products are generally in the same area, not too crowded. There are only two self checkouts for a large number of groceries but 6 additional ones for about two bags of groceries. Getting out of the parking lot takes more time than others.

The worst Kroger I have ever been to. Deli people have the worst attitudes and are usually too busy to help you because they are talking to each other. I would rather drive 20 more minutes to the nearest publix then go here again.

Not well managed or staffed. One cashier on a Sunday afternoon. Bakery is NEVER staffed. Produce department is cluttered with boxed items that never seems to be put out. No one is ever in the aisles to help find an item.
