Whatever you do - DO NOT LEASE SPACE FROM THESE PEOPLE. I leased for nearly two years. I discovered that my outgoing mail was not being sent - the idiot at the front desk was not mailing it even though he was receiving the labels each day as agreed. On top of that, they lost an insane amount of my incoming mail. One day, I had to send an outgoing overnight fed ex with a check. Mr. Idiot at the front desk couldnt get the fed ex to work so he sent it 2-3 day priority mail without telling me. Two days later when the contractor called about his check, I asked for the tracking number and he said, "I made the decision to send it priority since I couldnt get fedex to work." I told him NEVER DO THAT AGAIN ON OVERNIGHT MAIL. He told one of the associates I was mad at him and didnt like him any more. Ive received dozens of other peoples bank statements, tax bills, returned mail and invoices that are current tenants in the Regus building because he and others are too stupid to put the mail in the right persons name/folder, box or office. The worst part? Ive provided evidence of all of this and he still has a job. After I terminated the rest of my one year lease over all of this, I get a collection agency coming after me for a $5300 bill - which Ill NEVER NEVER NEVER pay. This business is terrible and if you become associated with it, you will REGRET it.

Id really like to give this mall at least 4 stars, but the hours of operation of the businesses in this place a complete farce. Literally, almost everything is closed by 3p. 3p! There is a gym inside, Fitness 1440, thats open 24/7 and its a great facility, but they can only validate parking for 2 hours. But why? Past 3p, its not like theres another reason why anyone else would park in the garage? Ok, so there are condos and the W hotel that I suppose share the garage with the mall, but I still think its ridiculous. Oh, also, of you park in the garage after hours and need to access the mall (like for the gym) you have to ring an intercom and have "security" open the door. What makes this ridiculous, tedious and annoying is that you can access the mall, without delay, through the mall doors on street level. So why all the extraness? It clearly doesnt matter. I mean, if I were gonna blow the mall up at 2a, Im pretty sure its not like Id tell you over the intercom, anyway. The juice/smoothie bar in the food court, Pressed Together, is actually pretty neat. They make the best Acai Bowls Ive ever had, and Ive had lots lol. Anyway, I wouldnt really call this a mall. More like... I dunno? A plaza, I guess.

Colony Square will soon be undergoing major renovations, so it remains to be seen whether it will become more popular. I attend language classes there, with validated parking, so thats the only reason I end up going there quite frequently. Parking is somewhat pricey as it is anywhere else in and around that area but at least its a covered deck. The atrium itself is huge, theres a lovely fountain, and it is beautiful with lots of sunlight filtering through, but a majority of the shops are always closed on Saturdays.

We got there and walked to piedmont park (it was the only place left with parking) when we came back (about an hour later) the terminal by the door was broke and wouldnt let us pay (said we owed 12). We had to get in the car and pay at the gate. We waited in line for about 30 minutes while each person struggled to pay. When we got there the person in front of us was just let through by the attendant. We were then to pay 14. Never coming back. Not worth the money, broken equipment.

Renovation stages and parking is a joke. Couldnt find the exit due to the signs leading you the wrong way so you go in circles trying to find the exit the signs lead you to the upper level entrance which was closed. Once you do find the exit, your paying full price just for driving in. The lady at the booth was extremely rude and didnt care about how screwed up there system was. Everyone had the same issue that the line was wrapped around the lower parking lot.

Colony Square is yet another failed live/shop/work development in midtown Atlanta with mediocre restaurants, expensive parking, a laughable shop selection, and beyond clueless management. (Its now owned by the same people who thought Atlantic Station was a good idea.) The best things here are a Chick-fil-A and a Starbucks, which are things you can find just about anywhere else in the city.

Julie is a very helpful and pleasant landlord. Servce request is always answered quickly. When we had bug issues last year, she bought all kinds of bug termination stuff, and it helped. Id recommend installing an AC window unit in the living room, otherwise it gets really hot in the summer there.

In its current state its just okay. During my most recent visit it is evident that Colony Square is in transition. Several businesses were closed so options were limited. However since of my favorites were still there. Cant wait to set whats next for this property. Its in an amazing location.

Good place to get a relatively cheap lunch in midtown, my favorite being European Kitchen. However, half the shops in there have closed their doors in recent years probably because the rent is too high and long overdue for a renovation.

A pretty decent place to hang out if you in midtown & your looking for something to eat on the go or just relax in the food court. But everything closes around 3pm so it becomes deserted & quite. Enjoy what you can when you can...

Its in the middle of renovations to an open air center, so many of the restaurants have closed. Looking forward to seeing what its like when its done but right now I couldnt recommend it unless you cant get anywhere else.

It took one WEEK to get a single shirt dry cleaned. The owner never opens on time, closes early, and NEVER answers the phone. I could not in good conscious recommend this establishment to anyone.

Its nice. They have really good stores here but parking and traffic always seems to be an issue. As a driver for Uber I hate taking people here but as a shopper they have most the stores I want. :/

Its not much of a mall, more of a food court with some office buildings. Theres a small convenience store we use for emergencies. Its clean and busy during lunch.

Restaurants are being closed almost weekly. Might be an okay place for those who live near-by, but for those of us who work in the towers, bring your lunch!!!!
