Frandor always seems to be able to maintain a solid repertoire of stores. Currently, its got a Carters, a Petco, and a Tuesday Morning, as well as its long-standing staples of World Market, Kroger, and two of my favourite area restaurants, Aladdins and Apple Jade. There is also a Paneras if youre on the fussy side. World Market is usually my main reason for traversing the distance between Lansing and East Lansing, but once Im over there, I often find that I want to peruse Michaels, Joann Fabrics, or Homegoods. My primary gripe about the magical land of Frandor is winter-time parking: you have to park twelve leagues from everywhere in the center of the lot, and maybe climb a snow drift. I guess thats good exercise, though.

Unlike Eastwood Town Center, this mall is very practical. Most of the merchandise in the stores are affordable. The food places are good and range from cheap bites to moderately-priced restaurants. The only negative is the layout. The parking spaces and passing lanes are too cramped; And the exit lanes are all past the store fronts, so you have to constantly stop and/or avoid pedestrians. The old mall had these lanes in the middle so once you reached them, you would just cruise out easily.

Was here to obtain phone services from "T-Mobile"; where I paid $75.00 for mobile services, being told my mobile data would not drop, but it did. Im going back to confront the sales person who lied to me. If he doesnt make it right, I will turn it over to the F.C.C. who will make them turn my data back up, or return my money to me. Other than that, I like Frandor Shopping Center, I shop here often. e.g.Kroger, ACE Hardware.

Kudos to the management at The Frandor Shopping Center! At one point it looked as if the entire Shopping Center was going to close for good and become a parking lot. Now with the addition of Guitar Center, Carters, Osh Gosh Bgosh, Family Christian Bookstore, and TJ Maxx in my lifetime I havent seen Frandor so busy. Its a Lansing, MI staple and it wouldve been severely missed.

A Joanns across the parking lot from a Michaels is kind of the holy grail of crafty types. Theres also a Home Goods and a World Market next to each other. Panera and Blaze are good for lunch. The parking lot is generously sized. The area has seen better days but I still enjoy shopping here. The traffic right around the center can be a bit stressful and confusing.

There are four main shopping center: Lansing Mall to the west, Frandor in the center, Meridian Mall to the east and Eastwood Towne Center in the North. Frandor is right by the highway and is very established, lots of stores, the mall itself is not flashy, and does not have high end stores, but has a good collection of diverse things, give you everything you want.

Traffic is a nightmare here. Drive slowly. It helps to have everyone in the car looking out the window to make sure you dont hit anything or anyone. The only outstanding places in the Frandor Mall that I can think of are Aladdins and Krogers. The watch repair shop that Ive been to there cant repair anything. Not even the five different watches I took in.

Plenty of good stores and restaurants, best Panera in the area and i love Frandor deli, but the parking lot...the parking lot is awful. Its bad enough where you might start to think that the parking lot designer was some sort of nihlist that figured all of existence was pointless so they just designed a terrible parking lot since nothing matters anyway.

Convenient shopping area. Stores include Sears, TJMAX, ACO Hardware, Carters Oshkosh, plus both Joanns and Michaels. There are at least 6 other stores, a Kroger, and a Panara, Blaze Pizza, Red Lobster, some local eateries Spartys Coney Island, Aladdins and one of my favorites Apple Jade. There are a few more restaurants in the area.

Staff was friendly and gave me there opinion on what worked for them while still giving me info on other stuff so I could form my own opinion on what would work for me. Really made getting my first instrument and starting kit a very enjoyable time. Special shout out to Derek for being my guide.

Went to Spartys Coney Island. They serve both Flint and Detroit style Coneys. Since I am a Flint Coney lover I can only speak about them. They are totally awesome! They also serve huge blueberry pancakes which are great! Prices are really reasonable. My 3 coneys and 1 large ice tea cost ~ $7.50.

Includes Michaels, JoAnn Fabric, TJ Max, World Market, Sears, Ace Hardware, T Mobile, Kroger along with other home furnishing and clothes stores. Several restaurants as well. I showed at this step mall over thirty years ago and it continues to grow and get better all of the time.

The only draw back is the small space. Other than that its a good place for grocery shopping. I like the fresh vegetables and meat here. Especially if you have its card, which is easily to be obtained at the cashier, you can benefit from a lot of discount. The cashier is nice.

Loved it 30 years ago when this place was an enclosed mall of twisting corridors, but its great now too with its many interesting shops. From food, to animals, to imports, to a haircut and a purse frandor has a lot to offer. A quick jump on and off the highway.

Its nice to have both Michaels and Joanns right there. Id say it has a fairly wide range of products for a small space including a kroger, dress barn, pet shop, gardening/lawncare stuff and I think there is also a guitar something or other.

The parking lot is chaos. But there are a pretty good array of stores, and its super convenient for those living in the nearby neighborhoods. You should be able to get most of what you need here, even if the prices arent the best in town.

Scariest parking lot ever. Im always relieved when I leave frandor without some sort of accident or close call. Whether Im driving or walking, the frandor parking lot is dangerous. All the stores/venues and restaurants are great.

Went for the first time at night. It was a little confusing navigating in the dark and figuring out how to get out of the parking lot. Aside from that, they seem to have a decent amount of places. We only stopped at Panera though.

Decent number of specialist shops. Check it out if youve got a niche hobby or would like to explore a new one! Worth coming to see some of the stores, just dont hang around after dark. It gets freaky there when the sun goes down.

Frandor basically is a "one-stop shop" experience. You can get groceries, a haircut, eat lunch, pick up craft supplies, and get a massage all at the same place ! What more could you ask for ? ! Highly recommend stopping in!

Frandor is the greatest most magical place in the Lansing area. You never know what youll find there. If the apocalypse comes, youll soon after find me at Frandor. It has everything a human being could ever want or need.

Great variety of stores and food places. There is always plenty of parking in a very well lit parking lot. This is a very popular shopping destination for me. My favorite place in Frandor shopping center is halo burger.

A grand old shopping center that has long been a part of my life. I still enjoy visiting there whenever I get a chance. Many of the shops have changed over the years but theres still a great vibe in the old place.
