Large selection, reasonably organized considering its the holidays, and they had a few good buys with sales but there were only 2 registers open just a few days from Christmas which is pretty terrible, youd think theyd plan better. Also the rep didnt add my rewards card and then customer service didnt want to fix it instead redirected me to doing it myself online. Like why should I have to can you provide this customer some service please! Also they had multiple labels for a toy saying it was buy one get the other half off and upon arriving at home I realized that they charged me full price for both!

No one greeted us as we entered. No one offered to assist. We had a wish list and when checking out gave it to the cash register to mark as purchased and he had no clue how to do it. He contacted the manager to assist and the manager cracked a joke asking if the wish list even existed. Very unprofessional, in need of training and need much better customer service skills.

BE VERY CAREFUL and check ALL price tags! Tons of items in this store are in the wrong place and when you get to the counter you might be in for a surprise when you see the total. The staff was very nice and helpful BUT its hard to return an item (cause of cost) once your kid sees he or she is getting it.....

I asked about a price. Then asked the associate to get the product out of the case and he told me to hold on so he could help the woman behind me. He then got a ladder and was looking for her product. Seriously just needed to get a case unlocked to get what i wanted.

A really big shop for kids of all age groups. You can get toys, games, baby products, walkers, strollers, cribs etc. A must go for all parents and people who do not have any clue about gifts to be given to a kismon birthday

Avoid if you can! Went to pick up online order and waited for over 15 minutes to find the item was not in stock. They did direct me to Babies r Us down the road where I was able to pick it up again after a wait.

Called to see if an item was in stock and was put on hold twice and after holding for 15min was hung up on..I can imagine what shopping at this store must be like. I definitely wont be shopping here.

Store feels a little dated. Had a large variety of toys, my kids enjoyed it. Pricey and takes a while to get out when you get in a bad line.
