Just experienced the work customer service at Office Depot in Chamblee on Peachtree Industrial. Sent my partner to this location last week to have some envelopes printed. They requested a file with the art work. I quickly responded with the file and e-mailed it to them. My partner checked two days later to find out what was happening, since we really did need some emvelopes. They said they were working on it and would get back to him. We waited and waited, no call, no e-mail and of course no envelopes. I called them today, a week later to find out what was happening. I was told that they couldnt use the file I sent them and that they had sent me a e-mail requesting the file in another form. I have checked all my e-mailsand spam and trash and I have found no e-mails. Could they not have picked up the phone and called ??? When we called to check could they not have told us they needed more info ???? I have used Office Depot in the past but you can be sure that I will not use them in the future. Very Very Disappointed in their customer serivce

Standard store. Good gas station, QT across the street for food and fountain drinks. Walmart a few blocks south if you cant find everything you need. Brandsmart is north just inside the perimeter 285, cameras, tvs, appliances large and small, security camera systems, air conditioners, and if you have a company credit card $2000 massage chairs for your office

I spent a lot of money on the wrong version of software, but didnt realize it until it was already installed. Microsoft gave me a runaround and wouldnt help me, but Office Depot let me exchange the software with no hassle. I know that software isnt usually exchangeable, so it really impressed me that they did this.

This is a really lovely place to shop for school supplies, but sadly they dont have a lot of things in stock anymore due to the fact that there are not many customers are shopping there anymore.

decent office depot with good selections. Had some paper on sale which helped my budget. Also found a cool extra thin mousepad which was cheap.
