I am from out of town and was having problems with my phone. I went into the store and Cassandra Morales the store manager waited on me. She uploaded a couple update and hopefully fixed it. She was very pleasant and helpful.

A 3 month protection is NOT required sales guy lied straight to my face. Shame. Contact Sprint and have it removed. Also dont be duped into buying a case at the sprint store buy it online or at Walmart across the street.
