Employees use shady tactics to "up-sell" you. I walked in looking for two lines, one for my phone and one for a phone I want to buy for my wife. Suddenly theyre telling me theyre going to bundle in a smart watch and a tablet. I explicitly told the employee I dont need those extra devices. He made it look and sound like I was getting some great deal, but never mentioned Id be paying for an additional two lines. I rolled my eyes and just went with it since my wife was glaring at me by this point (haha I know, I should have made sure instead of letting her rush me). Anyway the point is that once the first bill came, I found out I was being charged extra, way more than I originally budgeted for a phone bill, for two devices that are pretty much obsolete. Be careful, dont let these leaches up sell you. They will try to make you buy the leftover obsolete technology and hide it in the fine print. Then you wont even be able to return it without a $45 "restocking" fee. I will never do business with AT&T on Mansell Road again.

Extremely poor customer service - the worst AT&T store I have encountered across the country. Forget phone calls - Ive tried 10x over the course of a few days - not once did they pick up. If you visit the physical location - the staff is full of misinformation that they seem to make up on the spot (I confirmed this by calling AT&T Wireless directly - it was astonishing how wrong the staff was). Follow-up is lacking as well - I was supposed to receive a receipt via email "because the systems were down," that never happened either. Do your self a favor and visit a different store!

Either the staff assisting me was incompetent, or he purposefully gave me the wrong information. I asked about splitting off from my parents line and opening my own line. He told me they had to call in and give permission. My parents called and were told they didnt have to do that at all. He also told me there are no student discounts. After I left, I went online and check and there were definitely student discounts, and I definitely qualify. Dont trust these people and do your own research. Because of this experience, I will be opening a line with a different company.

1. They never pick up the phone to assist you (1 year periodic calling approx. 10 times called) 2. Their representatives always seem rushed and if you are not buying anything they push you off to the back....where someone makes you feel like they are doing you a favor. 3. My other half went down to get some help with her phone..was locked out of her phone!!!! 4. unprofessional inexperienced read other reviews that agree with this review 5. go any other customer service center BUT THIS one on Mansell

We had the pleasure of dealing with Rob. We did have bit of a wait and it is kind of annoying having an individual on payroll thats only purpose is to check people in. Waste of money and its a disruption of operations. Get a ticket puller like the old days and get another sales associate. But back to the main topic, Rob was awesome. Very nice and easy to talk to. Talked me into the S8+ and after playing with this phone Im super happy with my decision. Thanks Rob!

I got called a LIAR to my face by Lacy at this location. They gave me a sim card that was blocked by ATT and I went back to get a new sim card. The dude said "you didnt get that here". Really should have just said "let me help you get that fixed". Unfortunately I have to use them because they are a block away from work so when we need something immediately I have to go there. curse you ATT and all your existence.

Appointments Are Pointless I made an appointment online because I knew there is always a wait at the AT&T store. It is now 11:55 and I still havent seen an agent with employees roaming around aimlessly! Horrible customer service and I hope for their sake that theres no survey!

I went here around 5 years ago, and I told them I would write a good review. I was not being a great customer, but Dan was patient and very cooperative. He probably doesnt work there anymore, but he deserves a promotion. Im sorry it took so long to write this. Thank you again.

Nice store. Friendly staff. Waits are too long. Good luck getting help in a timely manner. I had to set up and appointment to return an item. and the time that it took to set up the appointment, I could have returned the item. Pitiful.

We went into the store tonight and left with two new iPhones, two iPads (when you upgrade you get an iPad mini for $99!) and a positive, funny, after-date-night memory. Bobby is hilarious, competent and knowledgeable - thank you!!!

Almost the worst customer service I have seen. What company tells you to drive 45 mins away to replace an item for warranty? If that is the case you should tell them BEFORE they buy the product from the store.
