Horrible. Horrible service. I requested to speak to the manager due to a ticketed item not being honored at the register with the cashier. The cashier charged me for the item after I stated I did not want it. I requested to speak to the manager. Had the pleasure to speak to Lynette (the manager on duty) who didnt understand my concern or why I was speaking to her. I requested a regional manager since she was unable to provide a solution for my concerns (such as an apology for the inconvenience). She had the audacity to shrug her shoulder and say I dont understand why you nees to speak to regional since I said I would handle it. Customer service at its finest.

A smaller TJ Maxx. The home goods selections were so less. I had been to other TJ Maxx (especially one at Smyrna) where the Home Goods had 20 aisles with Rugs, furniture, wall hangings, accent mirrors and other stuff. They just had 3 aisles for home goods. They should make this Clothing only TJ Maxx to do justice to the limited real estate.

Great selection of older fashions that are straight off the more expensive department store shelves. Love the home goods, garden supplies, rugs, lamps and clothing for men and women. They always have nice sales and incentives to move their merchandise and the quality gets better and better.
