Made it in to simply drop off a package that was pre-paid. Asked for a receipt, since this was an expensive return item and I needed proof I shipped it in case it UPS loses it. Well, I get the big eyeroll from the lady. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time theyve balked at simply printing a receipt that they received my package. A lady came in near closing, but the store WAS open and it was only 2:55 pm on a Saturday. She had to beg them to actually do their job and ship an order. This thing was huge, so they probably made more than that person makes in an hour on the shipment. Other stores nearby are helpful, these guys just dont get it. If youre in business, and your door is open, and your hours say youre open till 3pm, youre OPEN. You dont half arse it because you have a party to go to later. Next time I have to actually pay for shipping via UPS, Ill go see the helpful guy at another store.

I use this UPS Stores services at least once a week ~ the staff is ALWAYS friendly & eager to help! I notice how they greet ALL their customers as they walk through the door & handle even the most demanding request with a smile. I recently sent a package by accident. Once I realized what I had done, I called the store only to find out the package had already been picked up. Now, most places would have simply said they were sorry but theres nothing they could do. That definitely was not the case here! The staff took the time to hunt down the UPS driver & asked that he return my package. Simply put, their customer service is amazing!!

Customers beware they will not ship your box, they want you to buy their boxes. They said my box had a code on it they couldnt ship it. I marked out the code with black and you could no longer see it but they still would not ship my package. This has happened to me twice. But it only happened at the 2 stores the same guy owns. I took the very same box down the street to the Hickory Flat UPS store and shipped with no problems both times. I suggest save yourself the time and just use another store.

I love coming into this store. No matter how busy they are they always make sure they do heir best to help me find the best option no matter what my dilemma may be. The new owner has done a fantastic job of creating a welcoming, clean and pleasant environment. Even if its a little bit out of he way I recommend everyone use this store for their amazing customer service and helpful and sincere approach.

Since this store changed hands the new owners are fantastic! We have had thousands of brochures for conferences printed with them. They are fast, cheaper than anyone else and good quality. We ship all our business needs through them including a large stand all over the world and they are always helpful! We wont go anywhere else. This is a nice family business ran by caring people.

This store has new owners. At first I was skeptical, but these guys are AMAZING!! Friendly, fast, helpful, super competent. We ALWAYS use them to package and send our company merchandise. They keep our information on file so its easy to send stuff, they take care of our faxes, plus they call us when a package is delivered. They are THE gold standard of service.

Since the store has changed owners the service is amazing. Joe is friendly and super professional. The printing and binding is amazing quality and a fair price. On a few occasions he has even stayed over to help me reach tough deadlines. The store is not the closest to me but I will travel for this exceptional service.
