Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Goran, Asst Mgr, when dropping off a box at the UPS on N. Decatur. He apologized to me for having to wait and it had been less than 3 minutes. His energy was impressive as if he anticipated my needs and valued my time. I didnt have to say what I needed because he had the tape gun in hand along with a clear bag for my return receipt.All I remember hearing is "Dropping off?" and "Have a nice day. Sorry for the wait". When I returned to my car after going to Publix, I saw him helping an elderly woman to her car. Goran is what I call "true customer service".

Worst costumer service ever! Terrible experience here, not once, not twice! Package delivered 9 days after the due delivery date I feel like USPS is better than UPS. Thats how bad UPS is. I one star I rated them is because there is nothing lower than that

The new manager here is rude and disrespectful. I use to frequently drop off my business packages here, save yourself some aggravation and only use them if absolutely necessary. Too attitude and jazz.
