Today I experienced my first instance of racial injustice. My fiancee and I was in the opposite aisle and approached my nephew and my mother who were on the aisle that I needed to be on. I witnessed the manager (Brad) and a older white woman talking to my mom. My daughter was with them and when she seen her father and I approaching her she immediately ran up to me and said "Mommy! That woman called us poor black trash!". As you can imagine I was stunned and looked at the manager assuming that he would rectify the situation accordingly. He calmly looked at my family and said "You need to stay right here". He then turned to the white woman and said "Maam you are free to go". She said "You should call Roswell police on them". I stepped in and said "YES! You should because I want to make a formal complaint on her for verbally assaulting my mother,child, and nephew." He then said "No and I dont want you all following her". Mind you, the woman had already started to walk away. I said "Wait a minute! I want the police here now". My fiancee said lets just go. So I said "Fine but I want the general managers number and the store number first". As we walked out the manager followed us as if we were the aggressors in the situation. My fiancee said "Hey man do not walk up behind me". When we got to the front of the store he yelled out in front of other customers "This man just threatened me!" I said "Well lets call the police" he again refused. If we were a problem I believe he shouldve called law enforcement. He didnt call I believe because he was trying to protect a person that clearly has no human decency or values any moral compass. I will not frequent a business that protects individuals that display such behavior in the frozen food aisle or anywhere else. IM EXTREMELY HURT AND UPSET. Dont take it out on my Lunch. I stood there, waiting, she saw me and ignored me until i guess she felt i stood there long enough. I asked for a Leg and a Thigh, pretty simple...I got a wing and breast thrust at me. No, thanks you, no, have a nice day. Im sorry you are so unhappy, but nothing was going on, I was the only customer at your counter so please dont take your unhappiness out on my lunch!

Rude workers at the customer care section. Stood in line for 10 minutes while two employees gossiped about their work schedule. The cashier at the other register opened up and she was helpful but then went straight back to the women in customer care and they were absolutely no help.

I like this location only part that really bothers me is Deli department them ladies are rude its like they dont like there job they ignore you as you stand there an when they dont they have attitude like really quit if you are miserable in your job!!!!

The store has changed so much, it is just nasty. The people who are working there have a bad attitude gone wild. We are now thinking of just going to Pubix - they are very clean and the employees really want to help you. This store has gone to hell.

Normally this Kroger is awesome their staff is typically awesome and the cashiers are typically fast tonight they are understaffed and the cashier Ive delt work is very rude. I had to wait 15 minutes in line to even ask a question. Ridiculous!

I love this Kroger it is my go to Kroger store. Staff here are very friendly and clean. They always seem to have a good selection on there clearance items especially in the bakery section. My favorite thing there to get is there pies!!

They had all but 1 of the self-check registers closed, yielding the dubious achievement of creating a 10-minute checkout wait at 9:30am on a Tuesday. Nice store otherwise, upscale like the rest of the neighborhood.

I go here for grocery shopping all the time - good prices, generally quite clean, easy layout. Not the single best Kroger Ive ever been to, but its hard to argue when it brings me back at least twice a week.

Tiny pharmacy/first aid section. Self checkout is almost always "under maintenance". Their prices, however, remain hard to beat.
