I was really disappointed in my experience with this store today. My contract is up for renewal, and I wanted to renew my contract and upgrade two phones at the same time. Although Sprint the company offers three upgrade/renewal paths (1-installment payments per month; 2-lease; 3-pay a reduced price upfront with a 2 year contract), this store specifically refuses to support the third option, and insists Sprint only offers paths 1 or 2. I was able to renew and upgrade by calling Sprints customer support (which took over an hour! but thats another story), but each Sprint service rep I spoke with would insist I could do the 2-year contract option at any Sprint store - they were SHOCKED that this store would refuse to support this option that Sprint offers for phone renewals with a service contract. I have no idea what the problem is with this store, but for you, the shopper who may want to stick with their grandfathered plan and/or pay the reduced upfront phone cost that comes with a 2-year contract, please know thst you CAN do this through Sprint, you SHOULD be able to do this through a company-owned store, and you save a considerable amount of money (half the price of each phone, easily a few hundred dollars each) with this option. Im extremely disappointed at how this store is mistepresenting plan and upgrade options to all of their customers; I suggest you dont do business with them.

If I could provide zero stars that would be more accurate. I was lied to. If you are coming from a different carrier, Sprint will tell you that they will take care of the early termination fee with the other carrier (for breaking the contract). At this store, they told me that I only needed to upload my last bill showing the ETF however, that is NOT TRUE. You are also supposed to TURN IN YOUR OLD PHONE!!! So, they are buying your old phone. They are not taking care of the contract. They are making you GIVE THEM SOMETHING in order to do that. Of course I dont have the phone now. The Sales Rep also lied and said you cant EVER go over your data with their plans. He claims that it would just switch you from 4G to 2G service. This is ANOTHER LIE! My expected $80 bill was over $230!!!! I could have stayed with Verizon Wireless for all of this headache!

I first want to say, I had stopped going to the store a few years ago because of the awful customer service. I have since been back to this location and they have been a very helpful group of people. This past Sunday I went to do my upgrade on my 2 year old Note 3. Brandon was very nice, extremely helpful with helping me make my decision on my new phone (S7) and very patient with all my questions. After all was done it was a great experiance. Louis and Paula and Marcus (I believe that was his name) were very helpful with my transaction. Even with a very unhappy customer that was there while I was waiting they still stayed very professional and calm. I will be going back to this store for all my Sprint needs. Good work. Thank you again for all the help.

I really liked the store representative that worked with me. However I am unimpressed at the lack of urgency for product ordering. I ordered by phone on 4/12 and it was expected to come in 3-5 business days. It has now been 13 business days and I had to call back several times just to find out its on back order (for two weeks). When I called Best buy, they said they could have it at the end of the week. Unfortunately... I opened my line already so Im stuck with this stores service. If anyone asks me... Ill strongly urge you to do business with Best Buy - its just down the street anyway.

Extremely poor customer service. Took my Moto G unlocked and asked the store associate to add it to my current Sprint plan and he said the phone didnt have MEID and therefore will not work on CDMA. WHAT BULL CRAP !! Called the other store and they helped out adding the phone with no issues. This employees name is Terry Kang. Sounded like he was only interested in selling new phone and not the plan.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I called up there to speak with a representative and I received the driest person ever created. I have been a customer with sprint for over 15 or more years...and I am trying to understand why am I still a customer. There should be more due diligence with this company when it comes to its customers. This store sucks!!!!

This place is so disrespectful. Was told on the phone that I can get cash for my Galaxy Note Edge. Went in and was told they could not give me cash. Then it went to we can give you half on your account and half on accessories. Then I was told I can only have the money put into my account. I will not go back there again. Only going to Roswell Sprin Corporate from now on

Poor customer Service. We waited for one and a half hour to get a new phone despite of a small queue. An employee named John was totally unprofessional, not paying any attention to your queries instead will argue with you just to prove his mistake right. Its better to order a phone online.

GREAT Customer Service! They had me in and out in less than 30 mins, If your a new Customer go to this store. I went to a different one in roswell and had to wait 3 hours, just to return it the next day because i got so frustrated with them. I went here and they were AMAZING!! :)

Worse customer service from CJ the store manager. I dont know how the store is been running by this unprofessional manager. when you are buying they try to be nice but when they make mistakes and have to make any refunds is the worse, especially CJ.
