I work in the area and with the grand opening of Earth Fare there was so much excitement. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Ive visited the store 3 different times in the morning (around 7:45am) and each time the staff appeared to be unorganized and unprepared. In addition, the customer service was extremely poor with slow service (20 minutes for a smoothie), little to no eye-contact, and the inability to answer basic questions. The one occasion that really depicts the total lack of customer service is one morning several co-workers and I visited to purchase items for an office party. We stood at the glass counter for about 2 minutes while staff just stood there. We eventually asked if anyone was going to assist us and a staff member tried to help but seemed not to have the appropriate training as he didnt know what I meant when I asked for a large container of chicken salad when "large" the container sizes were written on each container. Once he packed my items, he put them on top of the counter with no sticker but indicated that another worker was going to get the sticker. About 2 minutes later, the employee came back without the sticker. When I asked about the sticker, she just looked at me with a blank stare and then I asked what is going on here, you guys seem unprepared. She responded that people dont usually come in this early. Keep in mind, they open at 7am and it was 7:45am. I responded that youre open so you should be prepared and this isnt the first experience Ive had like this when coming here in the morning. She responded, "Well dont come in the mornings, come in the afternoons". After hearing her response several customers left and I discussed with the manager who did end up giving me the items at no charge. I expected more from this store, especially considering the location and the fact that they are new. I havent been back since the incident above but have heard from several co-workers that Eartfare needs to improve on their customer service, especially timeliness.

Finally; a veggie market and deli where you will NOT spend your whole pay check. Their staff is superior. Period. I was immediately greeted and asked if I would like to sample any of the deli items. Earth Fare has a wide variety health foods, fresh vegetables, even flowers and wine. But..their their deli is amazing! The curry Their $6.99 meals include a meat and two sides or a veggie chicken salad, Kale Quino sweet potato salad, and Gouda cheese macaroni is to die for! There is also a soup and salad bar, sushi bar, and an impressive pizza bar. Great place for lunch or dinner. Check this place out.

Friendly staff; great location for Emory & the CDC; and interesting samples. While this place is a real resource for the area, theres some issues: (i) items are often mispriced at register (especially limited time specials); (ii) several sections close before the market as a whole closes (e.g. meat/seafood counter, pizza counter, etc); (iii) they often sell out of certain items like roast chicken; and (iv) cooking is variable, where sometimes the chicken is overcooked and other times it is undercooked, perhaps because they dont have a trained chef cooking.

Im not sure what kind of experience others have had, but the customer service is always good each time I go here. From my first time going, when they let me taste any item I wanted from the deli to the friendliness of the cashiers at checkout. I love that they have daily meal specials - you cant beat $6! I havent done much of the grocery shopping, but its an excellent lunch option compared to the cafeteria at my job. Not to mention, every time I go in, I find a new hidden item that I didnt know about. Ill definitely keep going back.

This market is advertised as a healthy food supermarket but most of their advertising is oriented to push their meat sales, which not very attractive for the vegetarian/vegan crowd that is attracted to this type of stores and willing to their higher prices. The salad bar is very limited and there is too much mixing of vegetarian/vegan products with meat prepared foods. As a vegan, I rather will go back to Whole Foods. They also sell meats but they dont push it as much as this store does and their salad bar option is way better.

Its hard not to describe this place and Ill bring up its direct competitor Whole Foods but such comparisons are quite correct. Hidden inside Emory Point is this beautiful treasure of a healthy eating grocery store. One of the reasons I like this grocery store is a factor that tends to carry different items from its direct competitors; however, its small size main selection in general its much smaller and limited. With that said if you are into healthy eating, organic food and/ or a vegan this is definitely worth checking out.

Its almost like they try to hire rude staff behind the counter. I have tried to reach out to management about repeated unfriendly interactions with no response. Today, for the umpteenth time,I tried to order cold cuts and waited several minutes for anyone to come to the counter. When someone did, they asked what I wanted, rolled her eyes at me, and walked away. She sent someone else back who told me they dont know how to work the machine, but theyd try anyway. Pass, Ill just go to whole foods instead.

I wouldnt come here again. A lady by the name of Shaylyn the so called wellness manager is extremely rude and nasty and I know people dont like this word but shes indeed racist. I will keep my money for Savananda. She is a reflection of other managers and the owners when you have disqusting people like this working for you. Stay away from this place and go elsewhere!! You been warned.

This was needed in this location. So convenient to the many work locations and Emory nearby. The hot food bar is perfect for a quick lunch. The grocery store itself is a bit expensive, but its a tradeoff for convenience. Would I come here if I didnt work across the street? Probably not. Will I come here for lunch instead of eating at my works cafeteria? ABSOLUTELY.

This is a great place to shop depending on what you need. If you are getting produce, meat, cheese, and dont other items shop here. Quality is better than the other grocery stores in the area. Plus we find that we did not spend much more money for that better quality. If you are buying processed foods you are better off shopping elsewhere.

The staff is ratchet and they love to talk about the customers and when you look a them they look away and continue putting up vegetables. They are always late on food delivery times and after Tuesday the food is bad and the sushi is cheap. Point system/rewards program sucks too.

Wonderful store with a great layout and it is well maintained. There is even free parking in the parking deck right across the street from them. The people there were also very helpful and spent time helping me look for food. I really appreciated them.

Its a quaint location with basic organic groceries. Good selection of cheeses and nuts, but the cashier staff are a bit rude. Other employees are more than helpful though. Unless youre going to die without organic, theres a Kroger not too far away.

Always good service. Lunch meals are a great deal. The chai lattes are never really good, each person who works there has a different way of making them, once had it without milk....really? Thats the whole point.
