Absolutely horrible! Went in and explained that I wanted to talk to a rep regarding a business account. I also made it clear that our contract was not going to end until December. Despite me being very clear, they spent 20 minutes giving me a sales pitch and then informed me that there was no way they could help me unless I wanted to get a new line. They then gave me a number to call for our business account, which was never answered after waiting 30 minutes on hold!

So Glad this store is here now! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! No device and repair but they even had water and seats and everyone was willing to help. Glad they actually have REAL parking here. The ponce location is horrible
