Horrendous customer care. We upgraded our phones Feb the 4th. They didnt have my wifes phone in stock and said they would have to order it and that it would be shipped 2 day express. Well we waited and it never came. We started calling 3 days after it should have been there and we have been told several different stories. (IE Lies)! At one point they said it was at the post office and that I should go up there and get it. I was told by the post office that it hasnt even been shipped yet. Now its Feb the 16th and we get a call today saying they now have the phone in stock. We go up to the store to get the phone and as were checking out they tell us that the bill is 1 day past due and that it will have to be payed in full before we can leave with the phone. I plan on paying the bill Friday but that doesnt matter to them. Even though my bill was in good standing when we ordered the phone 2 freaking weeks ago! This is a trash business and I will never go there again. Say hello Verizon!

I parked my car in the parking lot adjacent with plans to do some errands and check out a few phones. I saw an apartment complex across the street and went over for maybe 15 minutes to look and ask some questions. I came back... to find my car booted with a guy who looks like a drug dealer asking me for $95 to let me leave. I know this is illegal and an exorbitant price in other areas of Georgia even but I felt uncomfortable and paid and left immediately. I am never coming back to shop at this corner . Renters and tenants have a part of responsibility in this bullshit

Great customer care here. I took my 78 year-old mother here and we both wanted phones. I wanted an upgrade and Mom just wanted a basic phone. Marcelino was our sales rep and did a great job with the low pressure sale, answered our questions patiently and was very respectful of our wishes. Very knowledgeable about the merchandise. We both walked out with nice new phones and a good feeling about our experience here.☺

The manager or assistant manager lied about my card not being charged before shipping and ordered the wrong phone. After they ordered the phone I cancelled the order yet the phone was shipped anyway. I returned the packaged phone to the store ( from whence it was ordered from) and they wanted ME TO THEIR JOB in returning the phone when they should themselves since THEY ORDEREDIT!!

The Lady named "Bee" aka Rebecca was rude. It maybe because she was having a bad day but she had a nasty attitude. Maybe because Im black and shes racist. Wouldnt recommend this store to anyone I know
