you have got to be kidding me about this place... i called geek squad about replacing a keyboard for me and they quoted me anywhere from $75 to $100 at most.. i thought it was high price for just taking out some screws and taking out a wire... (its that simple because i did it!) and i called what seem to be a "local business" "supporting the community" type of business.... no they wanted to charge $150 for replacing the keyboard... are you out of your mind!!!! its called not taking advantage of your customers!!! seriously!! there is a lot of competition out there and you will not survive working like this.. i will never buy or use your service and i will make sure that everyone i know, does not go to your establishment. and you should really tell the person picking up the phone to be nicer to people. not bashing them out instantly.

We had a laptop that took 15 minutes to boot up. After a year of putting up with it, took it to Shaun. I cant give his diagnosis cost because others will try to undercut it without similar ability. He had it fixed by the time I got back to the office. Took him other laptops. He told me he could fix one of them, but it would be cheaper to buy a new one. Had him come to the office. He had most of the networking done in 15 minutes! Very reasonable cost, I wish I had called him sooner rather than waste my time trying to learn how to do it on the internet. He is super friendly and easy to talk with. Thank you.

Staff was extremely rude and had nothing on hand to fix my MacBook hard drive on site without waiting several days and ordering parts. Might as well go to the Apple Store. They also dont rent even though their website says they do. When I told them it said it on their website she said well youre here now and we dont. No apology or professional business etiquette. Went down to another laptop store off colonial that helped me on the spot and was way more intelligent and friendly too. Dont go here they dont care about their customers and dont stock anything.

I have used Laptops Plus for all my computer issues for over ten years. I have also referred countless collegues and family. They have always worked fast and professionally and made sure I was happy. My latest fiasco was an encryption virus that wanted me to send money in exchange for my files back. Laptops Plus to the rescue and I had a completely clean and operational computer, with my files, within 24 hours. Kudos to Laptops Plus and I will forever be a greatful customer!

I thought my laptops hinge was broken. I took it to Geek Squad and the guy there said if they sent it out, it would probably cost about $300. I didnt like that much, so he pointed me to Laptops Plus. I went in and showed and explained what I thought was happening to my laptop. He took it in the back and less than a minute later, came out with a fixed laptop! It was a simple screw loose! Easy and quick. Thank you!

Shawn at Laptops Plus could have made money off of me, but time was of the essence so he troubleshooted my laptop then sent me over to Office Depot to buy a generic charger. I could not be more impressed with him and from now on I will recommend him to all my friends.

Dont go there!. They lied to me and said my computer needed this expensive part, then gave my computer back to me disassembled and with out the screw to keep it together! Nightmare
