Weve taken our computer here three times over the past couple years, and have always been impressed by the honesty, quality and value of service at AAC. Because I work from home, being without a computer for even a day feels like a mini-crisis. Thankfully, their turnaround is really quick, and they can usually diagnose the problem while I wait. In one case when my computer was hit by a surge in a storm, they were actually able to fix it by replacing the damaged power supply while I waited. Weve recently decided to have AAC build a computer for us, and I was very impressed when I expressed an interest in purchasing their top-of-the-line model, and they talked me into the LESS EXPENSIVE model because it would me more than enough to meet my needs. As for the previous reviewers warning about their experience when they brought in their virus-infected computer, what did you expect them to do? If a computer has a virus thats bad enough, then the hard drive may need to be wiped clean. And if your existing anti-virus program didnt catch the problem, then perhaps a better solution isnt that bad of an idea.

The employees there are very professional and know what they are doing. I have a macbook pro and was looking for a place, other than Apple store, to fix my macbook. It is hard to find people that know how to work on Apple products but they were able to diagnose my macbook quickly at no charge. The turn around time was very reasonable and the repair cost was very fair especially for the quality. Also fixed my iphone in under 10 minutes!! Very happy with the results!! I would recommend these technicians over anyone else. I trust the work they do there and will be back.

I needed a computer but instead of purchasing one, I was convinced to have one built. I wasnt sure what to expect but honestly it was a much better idea because they were able to customize it completely to my needs including antivirus software. It didnt cost anymore than a walmart or bestbuy computer, and the knowledge is much better than a cashier, plus I got much more memory and hardware and alot less company installed junk. I would rather pay for what i need than be convinced I need top line.( I agree with Cassandras review, loved the honesty)

My computer had what was described as a Virus and needed a full Scrub @ $99.00. This was an over-the-phone diagnosis. However, I just stopped in AAC Computers because it was convenient to where I lived. Charles was honest enough to say it was NOT a virus, and completed a process that took 10 minutes and did it without charge. If you dont know much about computers (like me) then you have to trust a technician. AAC computers will get all my business from now on because Im grateful for their honesty and professionalism.

Fast, Reliable, Inexpensive! Aaron (spelling?) helped me with my iPhone 6s broken charging port. It was becoming exceedingly difficult to get my lightning charger cables to actually charge my phone. He fixed the problem VERY quickly and then offered me advice on how to keep the problem from happening again. I would absolutely recommend AAC Computers to anyone for their smartphone repairs. These guys are idiots, brought in an iPad for a new screen and had a laptop to get swept for bugs. When I got the iPad back he said he couldnt get the screen all the way in, which is now shattered. Went to pick up laptop and was given someone elses, and when finally got the right laptop nothing was fixed. A bunch of thieves

My iPhone screen had popped out and I took it here. He fixed the iPhone screen problem for free. I also bought a glass screen protector from them and have been very happy with it. I would definitely go back there for any iPhone problems.

Be careful if you are forced to take a computer here... they will delete your data, then claim a virus infects your computer...then try to sell your a "better" anti-viral solution. I have the goods on these dead-beats.
