My computer needs are simple and technology is NOT my passion so having access to Ryan at Custom Built PC and Repair has been my saving grace. Ryan is prompt with responses and always able to fit me in quickly to get me back up and running if an issue arises. He was very helpful in helping me determine what new laptop I would need to purchase when it was time for a new one. He listened to my user needs and was able to make some suggestions for me to investigate. I also appreciate that as an existing customer if I have a quick question via email he doesnt nickel and dime me. Ryan, thank you for all that you do!

I came to Ryan a few weeks ago about some questions regarding an online build I made and whether or not it was a good build for the money or if it was a rip-off. Turns out it was quite the rip-off indeed. Ryan built me an AMAZING computer for the same price as my online build but with drastically better parts. For the last 5 years, this is the only computer repair service we have used. For our home desktop, and for our POS at our business, they respond quickly. And I mean it when I say quickly! Ryan understands a business emergency, and gets to us in minutes, not setting up an appointment with a window between 8 and 123 days from now. Where do i begin? I came to Ryan requesting that he help me water cool my PC. I also wanted to get a few other things done and he put together a very nice package for a fair price. Needless to say I got what i asked for and more. Ryan is quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and does great work!
