My computer caught a virus and I need it fixed quick. It took them almost 2 weeks to fix it. Everytime I tried to call to check on it I was blown off. I finally went back down to the store to pick my computer up and after I got home the computer still didnt work. I would advise anyone not to take their computers to this store. Not to mention the employees were unprofessional and the store was dirty. I went on the website which in turn says they have printer cartridges but they dont even carry them. I hope their not paying someone to design the website since its so poorly made. I wish they only gave half stars.

Thank You Guys Sooooo Much...I was told by best buy that all my pictures were gone do to a virus. I brought my machine to the guys at The Computer Store and they fixed the viruses and retreived all of my lost pictures. I cant tell you how happy I am, I didnt lose the pictures of my wonderful grandchildres!!! Thanks to guys at the computer store in sanford!!!

I had almost given up hope on my laptop. FINALLY there was someone who would take the time to figure out what was the REAL problem and give me and HONEST price to fix it. Please try these guys first before getting ripped off by the GEEK FRAUD!

I have James McDonald resolve all of my computer issues. Since I live in Virginia, he has to diagnose it over the phone and talk me (completely computer illiterate) through how to fix it.
