Great service from a small company! Went to this place due to bad experience with other local company. Was in Europe for 2 weeks and laptop was behaving strangely. Computer Guys took my laptop, called me within 2 hours with a diagnosis of a bad harddrive. By the time I got home from a 2 day trip, they had repaired it. More importantly, they took the time to retrieve and transfer all my software from the bad harddrive to the new one - this was undoubtedly time-consuming as the bad drive was running at a snails pace. This saved me hours of potential lost time and frustration retrieving verification codes and reloading all my software at home. I had a different computers harddrive go (they dont make them like they used to I guess) & went to a different service company in St. Augustine. They charged me top dollar - replaced the harddrive without even attempting to retrieve my files. I would recommend Computer Guys to anyone in a heartbeat.

My PC was working fine one day and in the morning woke up to my PC not powering up.Called The Computer Guys - talked to John. Was very knowledgeable and brought me back from losing my mind. I brought my computer in the shop and feel even more comfortable it was in great hands. Even though I did not believe it would come back to life I left feeling John could get it done and sure enough he did and in a timely manner. I live in Jax but...if in the future I have any PC issues, l will drive to St Augustine..

Mike always fixes my moms computer. Hes always professional and kind about it. He even came once because her speakers stopped working. She had turned the volume down... how he kept a straight face Ill never know! But he did and calmly explained to her volume control. This is ONLY repair company we use and have for ten years
