Do not take your computer here! I had a virus and they said they may or may not have to wipe my computer that they would call and let me know...they didnt call, they just went ahead and wiped it. When I got my computer home there was no driver for sound, so I had to take it back. A few months down the road, my version of Windows suddenly became invalid. Apparently they uploaded that copy onto too many computers and the license popped! So I had to take it back AGAIN, and they had to wipe my computer AGAIN! And now I cannot get online because they wiped my driver for my wireless adapter and I cannot find the software anywhere. And furthermore, they did not even reupload Microsoft Office! SO FRUSTRATING!

I first met Stephen when he did some work on site for a friend of mine who runs a business in town. I was SOOO impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness and with the reasonable rates. This was my first time using them - I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend them. I cant believe I never knew they were here locally. Very reasonably priced - fast service - very efficient - extremely knowledgeable - and didnt try selling you things you didnt need (up-selling). I was very impressed. Ive used others locally - and Jim at Computer Works was the only one to DX the problem on my hard-drive and get it fixed right the first time. Definitely will be using them for all my computer issues.

Stephen and Thomas are exceptional professionals and are very good at what they do. My computer had a complete melt down and it took them just a short time to determine the problem and fix it. They recovered files that my back up service could not. These files were critical to my business, and they saved the day! I found the cost for their service to be very reasonable. I only wish they repaired cars as well...

Dropped off my old desktop that was running very slow with many pop-ups. They cleaned up my system and had it back in my hands within 24 hours for $85.

$35 for a diagnostic. $19.95 just down the street. Questionable skill, poor communication skills. Go elsewhere.
